Zentral in der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Komfort

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Komfort und freundlichem Service. Gute Restaurantempfehlungen vom Rezeptionisten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut mit ausreichenden Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Die Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer liess sich grundsätzlich nicht ausschalten, nur die Klimatisierungsfunktion konnte abgeschaltet werden. Dadurch immer ein Lüftungsgeräusch und leichter Luftzug im Zimmer. Die Hotelbar war während unseres Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte Do-So) nicht in Betrieb. Getränke nur im Restaurantbereich erhältlich, die man dann -wenn gewollt- in den Barraum selbst mitnehmen musste. Wünschenswert wäre gewesen, wenn zumindest die Getränkeaushändigung durch das Restaurantpersonal bis in den Barraum erfolgt wäre. Das hoteleigene Parking war mit EUR 30 pro Tag sehr teuer.

Avoid this hotel. The staff were rude and obnoxious. I felt a hint of discrimination and the noise was unbearable.

Location that’s about it.

We paid for a premium room, however there was nothing premium about it. We stayed in room number 212 which was direct next door to a laundry room. The laundry only seemed to get washed through the night. It sounded like we were on a jet aircraft and were unable to get any sleep as it went on until 7am. Additionally they charged us €100 at check-in which was a “safety deposit” this was in addition to the city tax paid at check out. I spoke to other guests that were not of colour and they were not charged this “safety deposit”. The staff were very obnoxious while trying to justify the deposit in which I paid begrudgingly.

Topper!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel Een onverwachte upgrade van de kamer gekregen. Zeer goede matras ook, waardoor heerlijk geslapen. Wij zijn al eens blijven logeren,dus keken we uit naar het heerlijk ontbijt met een groot aanbod. De auto staat veilig in de parkeergarage onder het hotel en kan na uitchecken blijven staan als je nog wil genieten van de stad.

Bon moment passé à Bruges

L'emplacement est idéal en plein cœur de Bruges.

Mauvaise insonorisation... on entend beaucoup le bruit des voitures et camions de ravitaillement de l'hôtel au petit matin alors que le centre ville est majoritairement piéton. C'est dommage !

Très bel établissement central

En plein centre historique pour les visites. Très confortable, parking privé en supplément.

La climatisation très bruyante. La piscine impraticable car eau vraiment trop froide.

Un hotel parfait pour un court séjour en famille.

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. L'hotel est de qualité avec la possibilité de se détendre le soir dans la piscine. Des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.

Excellent hotel that is in a fabulous location, clean, comfortable and brilliant staff.

The location was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and well maintained. We would definately use this hotel again and would recommend it.

My only grumble was that the chairs in the dining area needed cleaning. We had to use a napkin to clean them before we could sit down for breakfast. We were there early and it wasn’t busy.,

Excellent location and good value hotel.

The room was a good size, very clean and functional, although outside the window was scaffolding, but this was of no real consequence as the view was internal rooftop. The car parking under hotel was safe. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

Reastaurant menu at night was limited., although eating out not a problem. Room safe a little small. Could not fit my laptop in the safe. One day our room was not serviced until 16:30. I think there was a shortage of staff.

Hôtel idéal pour profiter du centre de Bruges!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour la découverte du centre de Bruges! L'hôtesse d'accueil à été des plus accueillante à notre arrivée, le hall d'accueil est vaste est les chambres faciles d'accès. La notre était vraiment spacieuse, la salle de bain très propre et moderne. Tout était parfait et nous avons pu profiter d'une petit déjeuner en chambre, le must pour un week-end en amoureux !

Avoir loupé le 2ème petit-déjeuner qui devait être apporté en chambre et qui n'a jamais été reçu, très probablement parce-que nous n'avons pas entendu la personne taper à notre porte (déjà un coup très faible la veille) et que personne ne cherche à nous joindre par le téléphone en chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est tout de même compris dans le prix de la chambre donc c'est quelque chose qui m'a un peu déçue..ne m'empêchera d'y revenir malgré tout !

Super hôtel idéalement placé

Hôtel très bien placé dans Bruges. Personnel accueillant et chambres confortables. Piscine et salle de sport, idéal quand il pleut. Restaurant sur place mais pas adapté aux enfants. Très bon petit-déjeuner. .

Pas de repas enfant au restaurant et prix du parking élevé.

les points positifs de cet hôtel sont nombreux: Le personnel (accueil, restaurant, ménage) : tous accueillant, courtois et bienveillant La chambre: très bien agencée, propre, équipée et la literie est vraiment le point le plus positif !!! La propreté en général: rien à redire, tout l' hôtel est nickel L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top il est possible de tout faire à pieds quelque soit la raison du séjour Les repas: là encore un point fort de l'hôtel, du petit déjeuner au repas du soir tout est de grande qualité et les serveurs sont tellement gentils et prévenant

la température de l'eau de la piscine, on s'attendait à une eau plus chaude

Très bonne situation pour un hôtel confortable

La situation de l'hôtel est évidemment magnifique, en plein centre. Laissez votre voiture (ou venez en train) et déplacez-vous à pied, rien n'est vraiment loin ! Le petit-déjeuner est globalement de bonne qualité (même si je corrigerai 2-3 choses, mais c'est très subjectif) La chambre est grande, calme et dotée d'une literie plutôt confortable.

La douche est dans un bain, ce que je n'aime pas trop La qualité du pain au petit-déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnelle de même que celle du café (à prendre dans un distributeur). Vraiment dommage car globalement c'est un très chouette petit-déjeuner, assez bien garni. Le parking est facturé cher (vu le prix pratiqué à la nuit, je trouve ça un peu surfait)

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff - we'll return.

The hotel is in the city center, near to all of the important venues. All the colleagues were extremely kind and helpful - Christine, Mathias, Jan-Peter all of them (sorry I can't remember the others name). They let us get the room earlier than the check in time. The bed was very big and super comfy. We had a lot of storage-place in the room. The housekeeping immediately helped us when we wanted to get 2 separate duvet and more hangers. The Indian lady from the housekeeping was kind and very fast. The breakfast worth every penny, delicious, great choice and with a nice view. The elevators in the hotel are the fastest one, that we have ever experienced.

We asked for a not-connecting room, but it was connecting. It made noise just at the first night (noise neighbors with kids), but because they were so nice to give us the room much earlier than the check in time, I didn't complain.
