Quite centric, nice street views.

The best location. You are in Aix and you can walk to everywhere around there pretty easily.

It was very difficult to get to their parking, since some streets are closed and the gps would take us against the traffic. It was unpleasant . Once you are parked and don’t plan on using your car, you are good!

Excellent stay, we will come back!

Very central, comfortable with very helpful staff. Very secure carpark within the perimeter of the pedestrian area. Dog friendly, with dog mat and water bowl in the room without us having to ask.

Fabulous hotel in terrific city

Loved the location, great help with instructions to get to hotel and parking . Staff in hotel excellent . Room was lovely as was the view . Excellent to visit markets etc . Shower in bathroom was fabulous. Would recommend

Charming hotel right in the center of the city. Getting there by car is a bit challenging as it's in a regulated traffic zone.

The minibar was not working. The hotel looks old on the outside.

Perfect detoxing trip with a friend. Would have wanted to stay much longer

Location was great. Spa facility was great. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and always available.

Centrally located oasis

The staff was so friendly in guiding us through the town with our vehicle to get to the parking lot (be sure to reserve in advance). The room was wonderful and quiet. The overall location was a prime spot in Aix and appreciated while our trip was short being able to walk everywhere quickly. The spa facilities are wonderful including the water/sauna experience and I would recommend you add it as part of your time at the hotel.

Honestly there is nothing, if I was reaching it would be that we had an electric car and when I asked about the cost to use their chargers it was 60 euros, which is more than what we spent in charging our electric car the entire week we were exploring the region. We did not use the chargers.

Super comfy bed so easy to fall asleep and get up all refreshed. The restaurant Mirabeau was atmospheric with a beautiful design and food was good. Very kind, friendly reception services

Fantastically located quality hotel.

Accessing the parking was not easy but the staff, especially Karine (probably misspelt), were brilliant, actually coming into the street to guide us. The location in excellent right in the city centre. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the Cours Mirabeau, the glazing cut out all the noise. Aircon was very efficient and the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom with very good towels and toiletries. Dinner on the terrace was very good. Best of all was the quality of the service cheerful, unfussy and efficient.

Not that it affected us but there was no coffee or milk, just tea with the kettle. I’m sure it would have been rectified if we had asked.

Great location in the city staff very friendly and helpful. The fittings and decor are beautiful modern but in keeping with the lovely old building.

Nothing really. The property is in a pedestrian only zone so some taxis are unable to drop off.

The room was clean, quiet, and adequate. We were on the 5th floor and enjoyed having a quiet room to retire to. The location couldn't have been more perfect for enjoying all Aix en Provence has to offer!

The room was very small, but we understand this is Europe. The bathroom was also tight, but we were willing to give up space in a hotel room for the location of this boutique.
