Many thanks to the receptionists who were welcoming us and our dog everytime we opened the doors.

The hotel is very well located, 20mins by foot to centre and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. We were amazed by the approach of the staff to our dog. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were very well served and varied.

The only disadvantage could be the rush from the main street.

Busanbindung war direkt vorm Hotel und gut. Frühstück war angemessen. Auswahl war Zufriedenstellend

Toilette im Zimmer hat extrem gestunken, Küchenutensilien waren sehr dürftig. Z.B. Keine Küchentücher zum Abspülen. Wenig Besteck, vieles hat gefehlt Obwohl im Internet ein Indoorspielplatz für Kinder angegeben ist, fehlte dieser komplett. Dies war für uns allerdings der Buchungsgrund.

vi er 3 par, fik 3 værlser i forskellige størrelser, en af dem for lille. vores ønsker 2 enkelt seng, vi fik bar en stor i hver værelse.

Muy buena

Habitaciones amplias, con aire acondicionado y con nevera. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Hay que tener en cuenta que te alojas en Buda y que, para ir a Pest, dependerás del transporte público (hay muy buena combinación).

Hôtel sympa mais ...

Hôtel sympa avec un personnel disponible et souriant. Trés bon accueil à la réception et de bons conseils. Plusieurs possibilités de se détendre dans les salons de jardin. La chambre était fidèle à la description et spacieuse. Mini bar et coffre fort à disponibilité.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur une zone bruyante et à grande citculation et de fait, difficile d'accès Parking disponible mais trop cher ( 15 € ) Idem pour notre petit chien: hôtel " Pet friendy", à 15 € la nuit. 🙄 Le petit déjeuner est plutôt moyen avec plus de choix en salé qu'en sucré et mieux vaut y aller de bonne heure ..

Posizione con possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi oppure con i mezzi pubblici distanti pochi metri

Il bagno un hotel a 4 stelle con vasca da bagno anni 60 un doccino corto che ti impediva di fare una doccia decente non ho capito se in camera eravamo due io e mia moglie perché due teli da bagno e solo un asciugamano per il viso ?

Pleasant

What as promised at the time of booking was not provided. When I booked the room it was mentioned as Air conditioned room but Air condition was not working and I was told that it would be turned ON only during summer. As my room was on top floor and there was no fresh air circulation, it was hot and my sleep was disturbed. After complaining the staff arranged me a small fan.

Location is good, a bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

The interier was really outdated and not suitable for a 4* Hotel. From the pictures and the price I expected something else. As we stayed only one night it was ok, otherwise I would have left. Only three big towels for five persons.

was no breakfast only biscuits and coffee even thought it has stayed at booking breakfast was included. often water was only like warm, not hot enough for showering. the walls are so think we could hear the person next door snoring, alarm going off at 3.30am!

Good location in Buda

The hotel is a kind of an old castle, with a nice small inner garden and its own parking. This was super. Location 20 min walking from Elisabeth brige where you are almost in the inner city. I assume it is faster by bus and bus station was just in front of the hotel. It was nice and quiet for us.

Everything is a bit old, furniture, the bathroom, reception, etc. The water in the shower was not hot but a kind of warm. I do not know if it was normal or there was an issue for that night, I have not asked. We were charged twice by mistake. The staff was very responsive and nice and they assured us it would be solved asap (and I am sure it will be) but we still wait for reimbursment.

It doesn’t worth the money.

The soundproof of the room is terrible, as you can literally hear people’s talking in the next door. Don’t choose this if you want to have a nice sleep.
