Este año al unificar los hoteles, estaban un tanto desbordados, la calidad de los desayunos y las cenas han bajado considerablemente, en muchos momentos acabandose la comida y no reponiendo, cosa que otros años nunca había pasado Tres máquinas del gimnasio estuvieron estropeadas toda la semana No hay tumbonas casi nunca disponibles ni por la mañana ni por la tarde La piscina se queda pequeña para toda la gente que hay

lo mejor de todo la gran simpatía del personal muy profesionales y súper encantadores le dan un extra al hotel sin ellos no sería lo mismo.

el ruido de las puertas y de otros visitantes. necesitaría mejor señalización para el parking una vez que haces la reserva

Unos días de desconexión fantasticos!!

Nos gusto todo, desde la llegada al hotel, la atención y la amabilidad de Lucia en Recepcion, trato de 10 y sus instalaciones muy cómodas y a un pasito de la playa, volveremos sin duda!!

The indoor pool is only suitable for older kids and is really tiny, when reading the description and seeing pictures you get the impression that it is a lot larger

Refeições com bastante variedade, bem confecionadas, regime de buffet com bastante quantidade. O horário do pequeno almoço podia ser mais alargado. A simpatia, gentileza, disponibilidade e boa disposição do Staff. Estive na disposição de fazer diversas surpresas pelo aniversário da minha esposa. A gentileza da Administração pela oferta de um Spa de oferta. Muito bom a repetir...

Nada de relevante, horário do pequena almoço mais alargado.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación

Nada. En general me gusto todo. Por decir algo los secadores de los aseos que hay que mantener pulsados a presión para que funcionen y es un poco incómodo sobre todo si hay problemas en las articulaciones y no se tiene mucha fuerza para mantenerlo pulsado pero nada que no se pueda arreglar.

Estancia en un hotel muy bien situado.

Situado junto a la playa a la que accedes por un camino de madera muy cómodo y bien iluminado por la noche. A 15 minutos andando del pueblo de Conil. Los jardines y la piscina están muy bien cuidados. La habitación amplia, completa y bien aislada. El desayuno completo aunque siempre hecho de menos en los hoteles un buen café. Todo el personal muy amable y siempre con el ánimo de hacer la estancia agradable.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, tolle Buffets, Essen top, Unterkunft im Nebengebäude sehr angenehm, Betten bequem, alles sauber, schöne Lage, Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt

Entgegen der Ankündigung war der roof top Pool nicht geöffnet, Getränke Preise eher leicht erhöht

Paseo por las nubes.

Todo en general, las instalaciones, la habitación y sobretodo la atención recibida por el personal y la recepción por concedernos una cama doble como pedimos y por supuesto por el detalle de la botella de cava que nos dejaron en la habitación para celebrar nuestro Aniversario de Boda y Bodas de Plata. Todo fue inolvidable GRACIAS.

Nada todo fue perfecto.

Las puertas de las habitaciones al cerrar dan unos golpes muy fuertes,porque la gente no las sujeta y a cualquier hora pam, pam...un poco molesto

every member of staff was helpful and friendly. we were made to feel very welcome. the view from our room was beautiful.

Beautiful family holiday

Perfect location, very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, tranquil and relaxed, we had breakfast included and it was worth it. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we´re in Conil.

A gem of a hotel. Would definitely return.

Lovely friendly and cheerful staff, all of them from reception through to the bars and restaurants. A real delight! Nice Andalusian style building with lovely views sloping down to the sea. Excellent food quality throughout, great variety in the buffets.

They could maybe put a kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee. The air con was not switched on for the season yet but a fan was offered (it was unusually hot for April )

smell of drains from bathroom - meant we had to keep internal doors closed, block sink, bath, bidet overflows and plugholes. broken hairdryer. needing corridor decor upgrade

exceptionally good resort

Everything was exceptional. Will definitely return. the food was very good,the staff super friendly. dinner buffet was incredible. All facilities and services offered were amazing

Would not recommend

Being in Conil

We were not in main building and were given a room down the hill and down a long hallway.( see photo) We will not stay again . This was our third stay and were previously booked into the main building up the hill. Staff were not helpful in finding a more suitable room for two seniors(80 &78). Beware there are 2 separate buildings with activity in main building top of hill.

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. 3-5 minutes walk to the centre.
