Dobry, jednak niezbyt komfortowy

Świetnie zlokalizowany hotel, z podziemnym parkingiem i restauracją. Dobrze wyposażone pokoje, miła obsługa.

Nastąpiła niezgodność oferty - hotel nie posiada łóżek typu king - size. Największe łóżka jakie są dostepne w hotelu ( tak zostałam poinformowana przez personel) to 160x200. Dostałam do tego posciel 150x200. Wybrałam ten hotel właśnie ze względu na opcję łóżka king size. Dość wysoka opłata za parking hotelowy.

Always lovely to stay here. We will return.

Breakfast was great. The choice of food and drinks was excellent. Staff were welcoming. Restaurant food was very good and bar staff were warm and attentive. The apartment style room was spacious with a great view.

The bathroom in the apartment room is rather compact but it helps that the layout includes an additional toilet. Shower control was challenging !

Pobyt bardzo udany, chętnie będziemy rekomendować hotel.

Korzystna lokalizacja, w pokoju, czysto, ładny design. Wszelkie udogodnienia na wyposażeniu (sejf, żelazko, deska do prasowania, mini-barek). W pokoju czajnik i ekspres do kawy więc można sobie zaserwować kawkę czy herbatkę.

Lokalizacja. Łatwy dojazd z dworca kolejowego. Bliskosc centrum, duże okna – przynajmniej na parterze, relacja ceny do komfortu i jakosci, miła obsługa.

A great option for a family stay for a weekend

Excellent location just a few steps away from the riverside and the historical centre of the city. Large room (we had a King Suite), with quite comfy beds. Lots of space and light. A fancy coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very good.

Still, it'd be great if there was a selection of pillows - those we had were too soft. The master bedroom with a private bathroom is great, but not suitable to 100% of visitors due to the fact that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a fully transparent glass wall. That might be kinda ok for romantic weekend, but with family - doubtful. Also the entrance to the parking is quite tricky - very narrow, while you have to make a L-turn in a very limited space to get in.

było suuuper i na pewno tam wrócę :)

Od samego wejścia do hotelu, widać wysoki standard, obsługa w recepcji również na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Śniadania są po prostu RE WE LA CY JNE !!!! , ogromny plus dla hotelu z tego powodu. Gdziekolwiek będę podróżował po Polsce to ze względu na śniadania będę spał w Państwa hotelu - jeśli będzie tylko taka możliwość Pokoje są bardzo ładnie i schludnie urządzone, łóżko bardzo wygodne, łazienka czysta i codziennie sprzątane. Panie sprzątające też bardzo miłe. Ogólnie oceniam hotel bardzo wysoko również ze względu na położenie, blisko rynku.

Jedynie co mi się nie podobało to wjazd do garażu, ale wiem, to jest wina infrastruktury - na wszystko nie mamy wpływu :-)

Breakfast was very good. Staff are attentive. Restaurant and bar staff are warm and attentive and spare the time to chat. Overall, this hotel is a very nice place to stay and its location by the river is ideal for walks along the canal.

The charge for breakfast is too high. English Television channels were full of static and difficult to watch.

Przyjemny pobyt nad Brdą

Pokoje naprawdę są dźwiękoszczelne; mimo lokalizacji przy Starówce, bardziej ożywionej i głośnej części Bydgoszczy, szczególnie wieczorem i w weekendy, po zamknięciu okien hałas z zewnątrz nie docierał do pokoju. W pokoju woda gazowana, niegazowana, zestaw do parzenia kawy/herbaty, żelazko z deską do prasowania. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta.

Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z mydłem i szamponem o warzywnych zapachach, dobrze, że wzięłam własny szampon, bo kto chciałby roztaczać wokół siebie po kąpieli i umyciu włosów woń brukselki, pietruszki, selera czy bakłażana ;)

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen

Die Lage, Schallschutzfenster, das super große, bequeme Bett, Frühstück war ok.

Garage wurde gleich bei Ankunft auf der Proforma-Rechnung doppelt berechnet. Auf meine Reklamation hin, sagte die Dame an der Rezeption (leicht pickiert-war ihr Fehler!) das ist vermerkt, wird später beim auschecken korrigiert. War dann doch drauf, musste korrigiert werden, dauerte ewig, zuviel unnötiges Tamtam und keine freundliche Kundenansprache

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania ( do tego bardzo profesjonalni pracownicy na nich), ładny balkon. Spokojna okolica biorąc pod uwagę że hotel jest w centrum miasta. Czyste pokoje i wspólne przestrzenie, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji ( naprawdę kucharz rewelacyjny)

Cześć pracowników hotelu nie mówi nawet "dzień dobry" pracownicy recepcji mili ale bezosobowi ( każdy hotel tworzą ludzie którzy w nim pracują dla tego są hotele do których mamy ochotę wrócić)

A very good location of the hotel at a very high price.

The parking space at the main entfance of the hotel has a minim space to park the car to register at the reception.

The price for parking is extremely high. The hotel’s restaurant does not have a variety of meals. Around 8:00 pm the restaurant does not serve meals.

The location is awesome - city centre, yet quiet room with view on the river. Small gym and sauna were great to use in the early morning. The room was quite big for this price too.

A good option with a great location

The hotel has a great location - close to the old town and a lot of restaurants, a good breakfast and the possibility to bring your dog with you.

There is a very small car park, for which you have to pay extra, so the overall value for money is quite high. The hotel is good, but a bit run down, so the price around €120 per night seems rather high for Bydgoszcz.
