Great.

Value for money. Older style but comfortable, quiet, good location. Helpful staff. Pleasant. Excellent having self / breakfast option Toaster, plates, fridge , microwave. Balcony, can leave window open at night for fresh air

Maybe replace old base in shower.

the motel itself was clean, location ok

It had when i booked that i could pay at the property, which there was 4 of us travelling on motorbikes which we were paying seperately i got a message and a phone call at 2.30pm approx and a message on how to self check in, when i asked about paying them they said they had already taken it off my credit card. then when i checked my bank account i had also been charged $330.32 when i booked it was $324 so i presume this was fee for credit card that they shouldn't have taken it from.

Good location and walking distance to the center. Comfy beds, quiet and good communication with the stuff. They provided all the necessary everyday things like coffee, cattle, shampoo and soap and they also provided clean towels every day. Great value for what you get.

No breakfast Location quiet and convenient

No staff available to contact and to pay. We had difficulty paying being not computer literate.

Exceptional

This motel is in a great central location while also being surrounded by trees and near a park. It is an easy walk into the main part of town and a quick drive to everywhere else. The room was basic but well furnished, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and staff helpful.

good value for the money, i would come back

balcony, sounds of the kookaburra, really close to several beaches, comfortable bed. the facilities are not the newest, but i was aware of it and it did not bother me. I also appriciated the dishes, cutlery & electric kettle. the area is quiet and beautiful. I would definitly choose this place again next time.

it was a bit weird that no one was there for checkin, i never saw someone in the reception. communication about checkin & questions etc was only via sms. I hope it was iMessage, that i dont get charged for international sms by my provider.

Disappointing

We booked a ground floor room that was very small and dark with an extremely dirty carpet and uncomfortable bed. There was no one on reception and we received a code for the door by sms. We were able to contact someone who said that we could have a better room upstairs. The stairs were steep and had not been cleaned for some time so lots of leaves etc. The new room was better but still not up to standard for the price of $180 per night. This was the most expensive motel we had on our trip. The step into bath was very stained on the bottom and the shower curtain was stained or mouldy on the bottom edge. This is an old motel in urgent need of refurbishment in all areas. We would not stay there again.
