Definitely not for the mobility impaired, or those who like their room cleaned.

The bedroom was quite comfortable

I was charged $20 extra for downstairs, although the website does not advise that all four standard rooms are upstairs. The remaining 20 downstairs rooms are all $20 more! The room was not serviced, not even the bin. There was no milk. The bathroom has no vanity. The toilet seat has been replaced with a non-fitting model, whose seat will not stay up - an inconvenience for gents! Lastly, there was no armchair, so I had to bring my walker inside the room, however they share that that shortcoming with half the motels in the country.

The aircon wasn't working to its full potential. The aircon hasn't been cleaned in a while as it was very dusty. Which caused me to have allergies. There was no extra blanket to keep me warm. There was no milk or water provided in the fridge. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The hot water went cold quickly.

Room was filthy, with thick dust on aiircon vents and dirt around crockery in cupboard, took photos and showed the girl in the office, she upgraded us to a king room that we found out had no hot water to shower and sink also large cockroach running around in cuttlery draw, we complained to manager and left and to find accommodation elsewhere, Bookings.com will not refund us for one night’s accommodation Would not recommend this accommodation or bookings.com

This motel is great value for money and less than 5 minutes to town centre.

Adequate room size for 2 people sharing; bathroom modern and clean; and having kitchenette with microwave was very handy.

Room was clean, shower was good. Room big enough.

The air-conditioning from the room next door was so loud we couldn't sleep. We spoke to the staff and they kindly moved us. We were given an upgraded room and slept well. No milk, small thing but needed to go out and buy milk to have a tea/coffee.

Room advertised as soundproof. We could hear conversations all night long in next room so hardly any sleep. Was told our booking.com reservation didn’t go through even tho I had it all in black and white. we therefore had to upgrade the room and pay more.

spacious, clean, modern owners were very nice when asked for a trundle bed were very accommodating.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a sink in bathroom and only in kitchenette area. Better to have one just in bathroom or in bathroom and kitchen area. Hard to brush teeth.

Worst stay of all I’ve had at this motel. It didn’t appear to be fully booked so I have no idea why I was given the upst

I have stayed at this motel many times previously but never upstairs in room 19. No issues with any downstairs room I’ve ever stayed in.

I hardly slept (important on a night between 2 long drives) because loud snoring could be heard for hours from the adjoining room through the locked interconnecting door. Not good enough at this price! Also, the shower was impossible to completely turn off and in the hours I was subjected to the snoring, I also had to contend with a noisy dripping shower.
