It’s a small cozy hotel with good quality breakfast and amenities. The location is excellent, close to town yet quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Tudo excelente!

Very nice small hotel with very good location. Friendly staff at reception and at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable room with big and comfortable bathroom. Nice equipped with taste and good ambiance.
Walking distance to the center of Cortina.
Ski bus stop across the street.
Ski room with ski boot dryer.
Maybe breakfast good be a bit better.

Good location with nice view from room over the mountain. Very good breakfast . Friendly staff. Room a bid tight but balcony helped. Parking available on site.
No lift.

Great little hotel! There is construction going on outside but there’s a lot of construction throughout all of Cortina right now, presumably for the upcoming Winter Olympics. You can skip a room with a balcony if possible for this reason. The spa is awesome and totally private!! Meaning when you reserve, it’s just you down there for the entire time slot. So worth the price! Perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was excellent, too! The hotel is in the perfect location to walk right into the pedestrian section of town. Parking is easy and right onsite.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. It was clean and comfy with friendly staff. The location is close to the centre but not too close that it was too busy. There's also wellness services. It's a shame that we didn't get around to using them.
The only downside would be there's a construction site next to the hotel.

Location is very good. The staff is very positive and helping. The room and the bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is enough and tasty.
As it seems that there are so much renovations going on in Cortina, take a note that there will be noise around. But as we were out all day, we didn’t bother.

Our "double bed" was two single beds pushed together, so there was a gap between the two single beds. Room walls were very thin, and you could clearly hear conversations from guests in other rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Good location right near the bus station and town . quiet and charming.
construction site blocking some of the view but it didn’t matter as Cortina is picturesque

Perfect position. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good! Room cosy and the view of the mountains was lovely. Spa was great, we had the all spa for ourselves and it was just amazing!
The room was smaller than expected. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

The superior suite deluxe with balcony was spacious
The room was not sound proofed. We could hear every noise on the first and second floors, people talking, walking at all time of the night. We had restless sleeps all through our stay.
The breakfast was very basic and the same every single day, no variation

Lovely boutique hotel. comfortable rooms with charming hosts. Delightful breakfast room. Spa room with sauna & Turkish steam room. Parking on site. Easy walking distance to everything.

The most cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Thanks for the hospitality. Everything was perfect. Hope to see you again

Natale Hotel is great. A bit pricy for its structure, but really clean, comfortable, within 5 minutes walking to the center of the town, spacious and beautiful rooms, good shower. Almost everything you could ask for a ski trip. To be even better, I would improve the spa and also review its pricing (more than 20 euros/day/person for 90 minutes is a lot) and also the ski room, that is a bit hard to access. Apart from that, I found a bit unfriendly the hotel charging 10 euros/day for parking spaces, but not a big deal. Breakfast was simple and the menu was the same everyday (but that's the style in this region) but very good quality (except for the bread, bread was really poor). The staff is super friendly, efficient, and available to help. Me and my husband had a wonderful time there, my comments are only intended to help the hotel become even better.
I've described the topics in the positive section: more variety in breakfast (but specially improve bread quality), improve the spa and maybe charge less/do not charge for parking.

Location
The rooms are listed as sound proof but this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. We also thought the 2 BR suite would be on a high floor with one of the beautiful decks as shown in the photos, but it was first floor right next to front desk and elevator and a side small deck with a view of a construction site. The ski room is not secure whatsoever so we kept our skis in the car. There was a USB plug by the bed but zero full plug by the bed and only one in the whole room, which was occupied by the kettle.
Bright rooms with shades that don’t black out, the heat was way too hot and the breakfast was just okay compared to other places in EU. It’s a middle of the road review — we liked the walking distance to the ski bus and one front desk person did help us print something.
BUT, we had our do not disturb signs on our door and someone even asked us if we wanted housekeeping and we said no. AND THEY DID IT ANYWAY. Felt a bit violated on that one.
It was fine but next time I’d spend a little more money for a hotel I can sleep comfortably in.

The hotel was conveniently located to walk to town and to one of the ski lifts. If you didn’t want to walk to the ski lift you could easily hop on a town bus directly across the hotel. The hotel was small and very nice. It’s staff was exceptional and very helpful to making your stay extra comfortable. it was very clean and rooms are designed with plenty of storage space. This hotel is small gem and you get more than you pay for.
everything was perfect.

The room's large balcony was great, with nice views and sun deck to have coffee or relax in. The location was great, very close to the main street and shopping area. They have free parking and plenty of it. Reception staff was reasonably responsive and friendly, the lady in the restaurant managing breakfast was excellent.
Room size, cleanliness of bathroom tiles (there was green mould between tiles), lighting in the room.
Its right on a main road so it can get a bit noisy some days but nights are quiet usually.

Nice cozy little hotel a few minutes walk outside the pedestrian zone of Cortina. We had a corner room #108 which included 2 large decks ( one off the bedroom and another off the bathroom), which afforded nice views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included and on-site parking is available for about 12 Euro/day. They also have a small spa/sauna/jacuzzi which can be booked for private use for 90 minutes for 24 Euro/each.
FYI - Our room #108 actually fronted on one of the main roads in/out of town, so it could be a little noisy during the day. However road traffic is very light during the night and it didn't pose any problems for us.

Nice little hotel as a base for hikes in the Dolomites. Not exactly in the town centre but its only a 7-10 minute walking distance. Room is clean and breakfast is good. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Some room types do not have a water kettle in the room. The reception bar service is quite over-priced.
