Цена про брони не соответствует фактической оплате

При бронировании была указана и зарезервирована одна цена за проживание 190 usd, а по факту списано 254 Евро! К сожалению я заметил это расхождение уже после check out.

Kahvalti güzeldi, gerekli hersey mevcuttu. Konum cok iyi. Genel olarak hayvan dostu diyebiliriz. Personal cok hizli ve ilgili. Bir kisi haric cok memnun kaldik. O bir kisi icin neden asagida belirtiledik. Geri kalan bütün personel mükkemeldi. Hastalandigimizda cok ilgili idiler. Haslanmis patates istedim ve yogunluga ragmen hemen yapildi. Herkese cok tesekkür ederiz. Harikasiniz.

Köpeyimizle icerideki restorant alanlarina giremedik. Soguk ve yagmurlu günlerde bu cok iyi olmadi. Canta sarti ile kabul edilmesini dilerdim. 1 check disarda da sikayetci oldu. Müsterileri rahatsiz edermis diye. Köpeyimiz tüy dökmeyen cinsten, temiz, salyasiz ve sakin.

High level hospitality and wonderful hotel

This is an outstanding hotel with a perfect location, right in the heart of the city center, just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. The on-site restaurants serve exceptional food, and the staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality and service. The level of care and attention here is far superior compared to other hotels. A special mention to Miss Merve at the reception—she is incredibly helpful, kind, and an absolute delight. Highly recommended!

When arrived at 5:20 pm the room was not prepared for 3 persons as asked and they told me to send someone to do it ,they didn,t add the extra bed before 9 when I asked them that I need to sleep

Another very pleasant & Lovely stay in this hotel

ALL the staff are exceptional - very friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception, to the housekeeping and the staff at breakfast. This is a very nice hotel and the staff made us feel very welcome again. Breakfast is very good. The spa is fantastic with a very large swimming pool. I am looking forward to staying in Divan Istanbul again. Many Thanks.

The smile from each individual in this hotel :)

VERY VERY VERY friendly staff, I don't know how some reviewers wrote negative feedback about them, many thanks to them and to our room keeper Funda and for the reception people the first one we meet sorry don't know his name and the bellman both works at the late shift (we checked in 5AM) also thanks for Merve, Coskun and Batuhan, the location is very good, 5 mins walk to nearly all the connected metro lines in Istanbul

Excellent hotel pour un city trip

L'emplacement est très central et donc parfait pour visiter la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le spa et la piscine sont très agréables.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une piscine extérieur et une terrasse plus agréable.

I would come back again.

Overall very satisfied. I used the spa every day - very clean and nice. Very helpfull staff.

Pillows not very comfortable for my neck. Breakfast could be better.

مرة اخري اشكر إدارة الفندق على اختيار الموظفين وتدريبهم بالتعامل مع النزلاء كما اشكر موظف الاستقبال

كل شي كان جميل ومريح بالمكان والموقع وجميع الموظفين وخصوصا السيدة نيسا Nisa. وطلبت منها تمديد الخروج فوافقة بكل ترحيب.

You will definitely not enjoy checking out from here. This deserves more than a 10.

Friendliness, easy access and clear instructions. Welcoming and most importantly friendly and helpful. This hotel has proved very successful with making their guests feel very safe and welcome. The way I was welcomed and treated really showed that every person working here loves their job. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and booking again. On another note, every member of their staff that I’ve dealt with felt very original and happy. I certainly enjoyed the friendliness of the room cleaning ladies as they said bye to me with a very warm smile that made my day. Their food is more than perfect especially at the restaurant downstairs where they serve the best breakfast and lunch with a great top class seating area.

Price could have been a bit more flexible but on the same dates I have seen hotels that had higher prices but are nothing like Divan.

Location, breakfast..

Slow wifi, outside is loud (couldn't sleep well), rooms not so clean, staff wasn't so professional, The hotel worker came in before we checked out to our room while we were there to check if we used the minibar 🤦‍♂️
