Exceptional

All the staff were great (gokhan and the lady serving breakfast). The rooms were very clean, the location was great it was close to the metro and bus station. The breakfast was delicious. (Thank you for the amazing special request.) Wifi and AC were working very well. It was a great stay, we had a lovely time! We will definitely be back.

Exceptional

The location is exceptional. Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff is amazing especially brother Kerem. He is a great man, honest, straightforward and sincere person. He is very respectful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much dear brother Kerem. You made our stay amazing. Sure it is the hotel I will choose when I go back to the very beautiful Istanbul.

horrendous

The room wasn’t up to standard at all and doesn’t warrant the rate advertised. Air conditioning didn’t work. Towels weren’t changed. All bed sheets were dirty. Lights didn’t work in the room. Second bed was 2 x mattresses on top of each other and wasn’t a bed and frame. The room was very dirty and smelt.

First of all Mr. Kerem at reception desk is tge best receptionist I ever met. He is Kind,polite ,professional , knowledgeable with great communication skill . He organized tge room in the best way possible and always ready to help. Also another gentleman in night shift was great . The location was the best. All staff always available and ready to help . For sure I will back to this hotel in next trip.

Stay was comfortable, pleasant, welcoming and near all the attractions!

Breakfast was not offered but just tea coffee. General Manager (Dennis) spoke good English and resolved issue with an upgrade that was awesome!

Rest of the staff should know some English and Iron in the room would be helpful. Also, restaurant on site would be a big plus!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid SV Business Hotel.

I can acknowledge that it was good location and easy access to everywhere and it was a safe area of city. It was a good size room and had a balcony which was an advantage.

Reception was so careless whenever we had a request. The air con did not work for couple of days and I report it but it takes two days to fix it in the summer. Fridge did not cool down anything and I reported many times but noone turned up and reception was two young men so careless and did not follow up at all. I have been there for 10 days and fridge did not cool down anything. We did not have water in the shower two mornings and took 2 hours to fix it. We went there to enjoy but the hotel management were so unprofessional and their attitude towards guests and requests was unbelievable. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Waste of money.
