Nothing to like. Absolutely horrible. Mold and mildew in the room. The facilities haven’t been maintained in years. No ac. Bedbugs. Bad food. For $400/night. Left after one night. Cancelled the rest of th stay and switched hotels due to the horrible conditions.

The access to the sea was amazing.
The staff was rude and unfriendly. Wifi didn’t work even in the places it was supposed to. The whole hotel is old and needs renovations. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The worst part tho was the food. They have three restaurants from which you can choose for dinner and the lunch and breakfast are in the form of a buffet. Buffet was the same every day so you got quickly tired of your only options. The first restaurant which is Thai food oriented, served sushi, that didnt taste like sushi at all and my Pad Thai, which is my favorite thai food, was not Pad Thai as it has non of the main ingredients of Pad Thai like lime, peanuts and cilantro. I dont know what it was and it wasnt horrible but it was 100% not Pad Thai. Next restaurant is called Mama Leone and they serve Italian. The food there is an INSULT to Italians and Italian food. It wasnt just us who felt that way, but so many people left without eating almost anything. The third one was called La Bruja and the food was really good and staff was friendly, but their menu was very small so if you dont want to eat the same everyday, you will have to go to one of the two horrible options.
Despite that, you can still relax and enjoy your time on the island but it is 1000000% NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

The place is well kept and very clean but what I really loved was the attention of the staff always smiling and ready to serve and help, very attentive and educated staff.
I understand the situation with cov19. But I think they exaggerate and seems paranoid to force face covering even in open not crowed spaces in swimming pools and wile eating.

staff treatment and customer service!

We were thoroughly impressed and delighted with our 1 week stay. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our needs and accommodation requests. We experienced an electrical short in our AC and I want to give a special thanks to Shirley who went above and beyond for us by finding and relocating us to an exceptional room. There were several instances that Shirley was able to assist with , she has exemplary customer service skills and all the staff were outstanding. Shirley I want to thank you very much for everything you did for us. Scott and Claudia
To be honest there was not much we did not like , I will say that the internet is not that great , but who goes on vacation for internet anyways ?
