The perfect cosy getaway

Jessica was super friendly and helpful. Our cottage was so cosy, perfectly clean and comfortable. We were in the 'forest' cottage, tucked away at the back with a gorgeous view of the forest around. So peaceful too! Everything was perfect and we would love to stay here again in future.

Honestly I have no complaints, I would recommend this 100%, this is a gorgeous stay.

A comfortable and tastefully decorated cottage in a beautiful setting and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway

The cottage was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The linen, towels and crockery were all very good quality and the cottage was tastefully and comfortably decorated. The owners were very easy to communicate with and lovely.

Top notch

The Arcadia Cottages are very cozy and very private. The facilities provided are top notch and Jessica is a very polite hostess. The Arcadia Cottages are very secluded and peace can be found here . All in all its perfect.

There isn't anything to dislike.

Lovely, would visit again.

Everything was amazing. Breakfast provisions were fantastic. The bed was comfy and plenty of facewashers and towels supplied, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and even makeup remover wipes. The hot tub was easy to use and the fire was lovely - easy to get going and plenty of wood provided. Beautiful and private location.

My only criticism is on the hot water when showering or cleaning dishes. It occasionally drops out and water is ice cold, then will heat back up to scalding. Need to keep on top of the tap settings when temp changes.

lovely cottage in the woods

charming little cottage. a little old fashioned with a dated bathroom. not too modern but this actually fitted the style of property. very peaceful and private. very clean. easy drive to Olinda. TIP - the property reduce the rate on unsold rooms at the last minute. Initially when I went to book, the rate was a bit high for my liking $500 so I waited u til nearer the time and it dropped to $300

Reception was closed so I couldn’t get advice on the area. and there was confusion over where the key was. For the price point, I would have expected fresh bread not a frozen loaf of bread - I reheated as directed but it didn’t really work. but otherwise breakfast provisions were excellent

Superb

The cottage was very well equipped with everything for a memorable stay. The on site help from Chris was friendly and helpful. He recommended a walk for our last morning of departure that was a perfect way to finish our stay in Olinda. The cottages are close to the botanical gardens so birds fly into the cottage gardens and there is a nice pond area to sit around.

10/10 Cottages, Staff and Location.

Everything! Spa is fantastic, the Olinda cottage was incredible and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Truly was one of the absolute best stays we have ever experienced, highly recommend as a relaxing getaway!

Comfortable stay

It had sufficient amenities and it was very clean. Chris was a great host, friendly and did his best to assist when needed.

The WIFI was down the entire duration of our stay. Given the nature of my work, i needed to stay connected. Bathroom floors would be slippery when wet. The cottage we were in, could not be locked from the inside.

A very-well appointed, seculded, self-contained apartment in the middle of a forest with a fireplace and spa. What is not to love?

Bathroom is small and the exhaust fan is inadequate. The bathroom window can remove the water vapour.

relaxing, comfortable stay in a fantastic location with great amenities.

superb location, beautiful surrounds. we loved the fire and the hot tub. comfortable bed and amazing breakfast was provided. Jess was a lovely host and there was pretty much everything we needed supplied. the chocolates and flowers were a lovely touch.

would have been great to have a bit of extra body wash, real dishwashing liquid and some oil spray or something to cook breakfast.

By far the best B&B we have stayed at. Jess was an exceptionally good hostess. It is a very charming venue in a very charming village. We will recommend Arcadia Cottages to everyone and will definitely be back.

Relaxing and feeling one wothvthe natured

Loved the breakfast and little flowers, all locally sourced! Also, loved the atmosphere and the accommodation with the views of the forest. The staff were lovely, passionate about their jobs and super helpful!

Relaxing, homely and very bucolic.

Breakfast supplies were generous, exemplary and exceeded expectation. Availability of a fire was very inviting and great for a winter stay. Bathroom facilities were very clean and modern. Hot tub was a pleasant bonus.

Kitchen chairs weren't particularly comfortable for the back. Found the doona cover to be rather heavy and uncomfortable.

Wonderful weekend A beautiful property in a tranquil surrounding. Easy to totally zone out and absolutely relax. Everything was provided for and thought through from breakfast to fireplace and the hot tub. The room was in pristine condition and spotless. Will definitely stop by again.
