Clean, reasonably priced, with excellent meals and staff

Floor boards in passage and rooms were very squeaky, at times disturbing our sleep

Clean and comfortable

A clean comfortable room which provided the basic facilities.

More conveniently located power points would be good. I had to unplug the bed lamp to charge my laptop.

Really basic and noisy rooms - but cheap. You get what you pay for

We had a wedding nearby in Brighton so this was a handy position Very affordable price

The hallway was next level NOISY !! Ive never heard a passage creak so much. The rooms were very basic and in desperate need of some love. We could hear the guy in the next room listening to his phone on the loo. Not nice to wake up to. I wouldnt be such a tight ass next time and would splurge on a nicer hotel.

Loud music coming up into the room. Was travelling for work and couldn't get to sleep due to the music and noise. There was no lift to get to the room. Had to try and carry suitcase up stairs.

A lower price stay, that's a fair way out of town.

The beer served downstairs was good. The daily specials were decent value. Cleaning staff were very friendly and were very diligent.

There's no lift, and the hotel rooms are only accessible via a narrow granite staircase. So narrow, that when walking up and down the stairs, I had to carry my luggage in front of me. A fall could prove very dangerous. Also, loud dance music was played even after the restaurant/bar's hours had ceased and could be easily heard in the room. It probably increased in volume afterhours. I understand that licensed venues will have music during opening hours, but it seems pretty unfair to guests to play such loud and repetitive music to the detriment of the accommodation.

noisy floorboards creak terribly bottles from bar being emptied at 630am can everything happening in the next room from toilet habits all night to conversations

Enjoyed the hotel facilities and meals.

A couple of oversights by the cleaning team of our room on 2 occasions. Once staff informed was immediately fixed.

it was a bit expensive for what it was.

it wasn’t unclean but also wasn’t Pristine. it was above a pub which was a bonus.

the property is not near Adelaide centre at all. the light didn’t work in the bathroom.

Beds were on the wheel and were moving. The towels had an odd smell.
