No estaba incluido como tal, pero me tocó desayuno continental sin costo extra gracias a que llegó un grupo de extranjeros
las dimensiones de la habitación eran adecuadas
tienen instalaciones y servicios básicos y suficientes: cocina, baños, comedor, áreas comunes, etc.
la ubicación estaba bien, cerca del ADO, av. Tulum y el centro de Cancún
las camas estaban en buen estado, al igual que las almohadas y sábanas proporcionadas

la recepción y el trato con la chica de la tarde / noche no fue muy hospitalaria o amigable que digamos
el hecho de cargar con una llavecita todo el tiempo cada vez que salía del cuarto era desesperante
el sistema para pedir que te abran por medio de una campana que tienes que sonar y que te coloquen una banda en la muñeca me parecen anticuados
el internet fallaba constantemente dentro de la habitación
una de las llaves del lavamanos estaba floja y en las que sí funcionaba el agua salía con demasiada presión y salpicaba todo

El inmueble está muy cerca del ADO y el parque de las palapas, aunque en nuestra estadía, el parque estaba en remodelación y la calle no estaba tan concurrida como en otras ocasiones. La presión de la regadera era muy buena, también había agua caliente, las almohadas fueron cómodas, dejaron insumos de limpieza como jabón y shampoo, había buen wifi, se iban bien los desechos del WC, tenía un frigobar, que por cierto, hacía mucho ruido, pero por lo menos era funcional. Realizaron limpieza todos los días y general era relativamente cómodo salvo por lo negativo.
La habitación era algo pequeña, solamente dan 2 toallas, así sean 4 personas las que se hospedan, las camas ya se les sienten los resortes, están algo duras, hace falta que las cambien, el clóset solamente contaba con 3 ganchos, el frigobar sonaba mucho, por lo que teníamos que desconectarlo. El ruido era mucho en la madrugada, no sabíamos si era de los demás huéspedes o de los trabajadores, pero no descansamos adecuadamente debido a ello. También, no pudimos beber agua de los garrafones. Los espejos se veían viejos. En general a las instalaciones les hace falta remodelación. La piscina cuenta con agua fría, así que no nos metimos.
Y lo peor fue que realizamos una solicitud de que nos recibieran en la madrugada, al llegar, el de recepción, contestó hasta como la décima llamada porque todo estaba solo y oscuro en la calle, esto llevó a que nos asaltaran exactamente afuera del lugar. El recepcionista, no hizo nada, ni llamó a la patrulla, ni prendió luces, siquiera para ahuyentarlos un poco, nada. Cuando le dijimos, bien quitado de la pena, dijo que era normal, siendo que nunca nos había pasado eso, ya que ya eran varias veces que habíamos ido a Cancún y nos habíamos hospedado en otros sitios muy cercanos a esa zona, hasta ese momento que tuvimos la mala suerte.
Otra cosa mala, es que, desgraciadamente al momento de regresar a casa, nos vamos dando cuenta, que alguien dentro del hotel, nos robó 5 mil MXN. Teníamos guardado el dinero en un sitio específico y cuando lo quisimos sacar, nos dimos cuenta de la cantidad que faltaba. Esto es para que tomen en cuenta la calidad de los trabajadores del sitio, que no son honestos. Sabemos que obviamente ese dinero está perdido ya, pero no está de más, indicarlo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab einen Föhn und das Bett war bequem. Ich fand auch den "Dressing Room" angemehm und die Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche. Der Wasserdruck war sehr angenehm.
Zudem gab es kostenlos Trinkwasser zum Wiederauffüllen der Flasche und der Pool war sauber und angenehm kühl. Die Lage war top, nur 3 Gehminuten von der ADO Busstation entfernt.
Leider war die Leiter zum oberen Bett sehr schwer zu besteigen, ich bin nachts heruntergefallen. Man hat keine Halterung oben am Bett, an der man sich festhalten kann. Es gab außerdem kein Handtuch oder Shampoo. Die Ablage am Bett ist halb aus der Wand herausgebrochen und war daher unbrauchbar, einen Schlüssel für das Schließfach hätte man selbst mitbringen müssen. Außerdem gab es leider Schimmel im Bad. Die Reinigung könnte insgesamt besser sein.

L’emplacement près de la gare d’autobus et des commerces est très intéressant.
A mon 2e séjour, j’ai davantage apprécié ma chambre avec fenêtre qui donnait sur une petite terrasse bien coquette.
L’endroit est tranquille et calme.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable
A ma grande surprise, le petit-déjeuner de courtoisie est plutôt assez consistant.
La cuisine commune est grande et bien équipée.
Le seul élément négatif est que ds cette chambre, le lit n’est vraiment pas confortable: dur et on sent les ressorts du matelas.

This is a basic looking place, easy to find, so close to the ADO bus station direct from the airport. It has an attractive clean swimming pool area with relaxing furniture around. The breakfast wasn't fancy but served the purpose, cereals, boiled eggs, sausage, toast and jam. Plastic knives and forks with plastic plates, bowls, and beakers that had seen better days - it wasn't a problem to us but everyone was expected to wash up after themselves which we found was not always the most thorough job by other guests. Spacious onsuite room (room S2) , comfortable bed, nice sheets, good aircon but had a problem with no hot water for the first day compounded by a power cut cutting off any water to the room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Another benefit was to go get tacos from Taco Express opposite the main doors of the bus station and take them back to the hostal to eat in the dining area. As I say FANTASIC location for catching the 6:10AM - 11.5hr ADO bus journey to Belize City - sounds bad but was not such an ordeal. Take note that the bus does not stop for breakfast or lunch so take provisions with you. Also got caught out Belize one hour behind Mexico time.
I think with no hot water (there was plenty reviews to say it was plentiful) then no water at all some recompense would have been appreciated.

I appreciate the location of the property. It is close to attractions in nearby neighborhoods. Diana is so helpful and accommodating as a receptionist.
In the restroom area only one sink has running water. The wifi can be spotty at times.

Las instalaciones son muy agradables así como los demás huéspedes, conoces gente y todos respetan a los demás. Hay cocina, alberca, amenidades y todo muy bien. Además dan desayuno gratis de 7 a 9 am
Es complicado subirse a las literas de arriba porque algunas no tienen de dónde agarrarse y hay que estar molestando a los demás huéspedes en la habitación compartida

Good city location especially if you need the bus. Great area to catch transport, Artisan Park across the road to chill out and meet locals. Really recommend if you don't want a night club, there are plenty around the area, good pool and really clean hostel

The location is perfect if you are planning to jump on a bus to another destination, right next to the ADO terminal and plenty of convenience stores, bars, and restaurants.
The equipments are modern and function well, clean showers, toilets, sitting areas, sun lounges…and bonus a nice pool! The rooms are clean with nice working aircon. The dorm beds have a PowerPoint, night lamp and privacy curtains (plus small nightstand).
Breakfast although included is spartiate but like often in hostels.

Very good location steps away from ADO centro station, lively neighbourhood but still quiet at the hotel, the woman dorm is comfy good AC, private bathroom, windows, bed are comfortable and enough space in between the beds (lower and upper) curtains for privacy, clean, nice clean pool with lounge chairs and tables, breakfast is ok (boiled eggs, toast, coffee, tea, cereal, yogourt, jam, butter) staff is helpful and very nice

There's a scent spray that it activates automatically every 30min or so, the sound it makes kept me up late, barely got any sleep, it was up high that's why I couldn't deactivated myself

On the first sight all looked good. Nice stuff, good location near the central bus Terminal in the centre, nice pool.
The rooms are very small, not Isolated and dusty, but for 1 night it seemed okay for us.
So we went for dinner and all got down the moment we came back in our room.
As we came in the room and switched the lights on, 1 big cockroach crawled on the bin, as we grabbed the bin to put it out of the room on the Terrasse, more cockroaches appeared and crawled away.
Unfortunately it was already late and we had a very early flight back home and a full return journey of nearly 30 hours ahead. We needed sleep, so we decided to stay, as long as the roaches won't appear anymore. So we took the cover of the bed away and found stained sheets. The cover, the pillows, the linen. Alle full of nasty red stains.
We did go to the reception and the guy there went away to change the sheets.

After a few hours of light sleep, we went to the airport and where happy to leave.
During our whole trip through Yucatan, we never experienced roaches or other bugs or spiders in our Hotels, Airbnbs or Hostels. Only on our last day.
The price seems cheap, but you get what you pay for here.
Invest a few dollars more and go to a better place which is clean. Than you can open your luggage at home without a cockroach crawling out, like in mine.
