The apartment is located in the wider city center in a beautiful ancient house. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, air-conditioned. I appreciate the personal and very accommodating approach of the owner of the apartment. She advised us, arranged a taxi .. Highly recommended, my husband and I were extremely satisfied.

A nice place in the heart of Madrid

We worked from here so, the location, the internet speed and the fact that we had tables to work on where the main reasons we booked this place. The AC it’s also good enough, because is sooo hot in the summer in Madrid. There are lots of bars and restaurant nearby, and if you are a foodie you can also find nice fine dining places at walking distance. There are also multiple supermarkets nearby. The bad is comfortable and the shower is very nice. The building looks nice inside and outside.

The apartment looks better in the pictures. The kitchen is very small, just one person can stay in it at a time, and not so well equipped (if you plan to cook/prepare light meals, not sophisticated stuff). There was a smell of dumpster sometimes in the mid day, maybe coming from the inside courtyard or some sewer. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors (not all the time). Downstairs there are multiple bars so you can’t keep the window open in the night because it’s too much noise.

Excellent location. Bright and spacious 4th floor apartment with good view of the impressive building opposite. Small but well-equipped kitchen - the Nespresso machine was particularly welcome. The owner Patricia contacted us before our arrival with helpful information and recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets, and during our stay was easy to contact. We could leave our luggage after checking out to pick up later.

Very nice apartment in an ideal location in the centre of Madrid. you can go anywhere on foot both for sightseeing and for restaurants and bars. The owner is very friendly and willing to help with any of your questions. Comfortable beds and warm space. truly the best I have stayed in the last years. highly recommend. We were 2 couples but it is also suitable for families with children.

Lovely bright apartment, incredibly helpful hosts.

Smashing, bright clean, fresh apartment in a great location for getting around Madrid. Patricia, who checked us in could not have been more helpful. She was so easygoing and she offered a lot of suggestions for good places to eat, drink and sightsee in the neighbourhood. Recommended!

There was nothing at all to dislike.

Terrific apartment so close to Prado Museum and Retiro park. Very comfortable and quiet as well!

Loved the location, close to metro and lots of local activities nearby. Patricia was SUPER helpful with recommendations about everything, appreciated her enthusiasm and expertise! Apartment was very comfortable

Perfect place for art lovers and foodies.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet, a perfect location for us. The AirPort Express bus pickup and drop off points are a two-minute walk, and that’s if you have to wait on a red light. Friendly staff and clear communication from the hosts made us feel welcome as first time visitors to Madrid. The air conditioning helped immensely with recovery from being out in the heat.

Premier location and value for money

The location was superb. It is in walking distance to all major tourist sites, central shopping district and plenty of good restaurants. The hostess was very warm and helpful; she gave us a lot of information in relation to where to visit and where to eat. She also went out of her way to help us with Covid-19 test to go to Portugal.
