Schönes Hotel in guter Lage! Hat alles gepasst!

Sehr freundliches und entspanntes Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Schöner kleiner Innenhof! Lage top.

Die Fenster könnten - zumindest nach vorne zur Straße - besser isoliert sein.

Es geht in die richtige Richtung :)

Die Lage und insbesondere die Größe des Zimmers, fand ich sehr gut, sowie die Möglichkeit sich 24/7 an jemanden wenden zu können und Snacks/Getränke zu kaufen. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass sich um die Wünsche kümmert.

Derzeit befindet sich das Hotel im Umbau, daher ist vieles noch im Werden. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Ausrichtung zur Straße und leider konnte man jedes Auto und manchmal sogar Menschen auf der Straße sprechen hören. Dies war nachts etwas unangenehm. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat ebenso nicht so funktioniert wie sie hätte sollen und man musste die Fenster öffnen um den Wasserdampf rauszubekommen. Die oben genannten Snacks & Getränke sind (auch wenn es ein Hotel ist) viel zu teuer, daher lieber zum Späti (Tabak&Getränke) gegenüber gehen.

sehr schönes Wochenende in einem tollen Hotel in Berlin

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten Spitze , wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage im Zentrum von Berlin geht nicht besser um was zu unternehmen.

nur das Personal war zu wenig Deutsch ( Sprache ) aber es hat mit der Verständigung alles gut geklappt....

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. La décoration de l’hôtel est très sympa. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute.

Les suggestions à la carte n’étaient pas disponibles lors du petit déjeuner du dimanche.

Very clean room. We didn’t book a balcony but received one so that’s awesome. The staff was very friendly and even managed to let us stay for an additional night ( had to change rooms but the other was already done we could immediately check in)

Интерьер, чистота, местоположение, доброжелательный персонал.

Очень маленький номер. Между кроватью и стеной с телевизором поактически не протиснуться. Хотя все новое и чистое. Сплит система кондиционирования не работает индивидуально. В номере всю ночь было дико жарко. Открыли окно, но летают авто с сиренами периодически...)))Букинг повысил статус номера - спасибо ему. Но какой же тогда "попроще" номер?????!))))завтраков нет - но говорят, что включен..де-факто булки малюсенькие с беконом, два вида сока, бананы и кофе, за которым очередь...)))))

Alle luxe is wegbezuinigd. Prima maar dan is de prijs te hoog.

Gratis ontbijt. Keuze tussen broodje en croissantjes maar wel super vers.

Douche. 90/100 cm. Maar 1/4 werd ingenomen door een koof.

I recommend it to everyone!

Some time before arrival, our hotel was changed to Park Plaza Berlin due to the renovation of the first one. the stay was very successful, the room was clean, there were even attractions for the kids in the form of coloring books and logic games. The staff was wonderful. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. On the day of the race (Halfmarathon Berlin), we were provided with drinks, energy drops and free late check-out. I definitely recommend it!!

The only drawback was that the room was too hot, the air conditioning blows warm air, so you had to sleep with the window open, and there was noise from passing cars.

I thought the brand would be trusted. This hotel is not to the same standard as other park plaza. Don’t believe the photos. We were given a hostel like room which was unsafe with exposed wiring, dirty and mismatched children’s bedroom flat pack furniture. One heavy unity was broken and sitting on 3 pieces of broken wood. Awful. The hotel has offered to stay again with discount (can’t trust them) or an insulting 30% off the bill. The hotel manager does not care. They take money and know it’s bad. Stay anywhere but here.

It’s our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is close to U-bahn (several metro lines - 2 min, 10 min). Kettle and the fridge were in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everyday cleaning. On the ground floor there’s a gym. Also, the hotel provides free lemonade and fruit. The stuff is welcoming and friendly

Breakfast was to a very high standard, pleasant staff. My room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. One of the receptionist staff was friendly and really helpful.

Check in experience, the receptionist was not very forthcoming with information nor welcoming.

This was a great hotel and everything worked well! I liked every aspect!

Occassionally when showering it would get scalding hot then freezing cold but overall it was fine. Good hotel!

The location was easy to find and convenient for a huge city like Berlin without a real city center. Breakfast was of high quality with good choices. The price benefit ratio was OK for Berlin in general ..

Comfy stay at a great location

The hotel is in an excellent location, not too far from the sights, public transportation available close to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our 3 year old even got a welcome package. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed super big and an extra bed available for our daughter.

The hotel might need a small renovation: change the carpets and the curtains, change the bathroom furniture. But the condition of the room didn’t bother us, it was clean and nice.
