nice stay

excellent breakfast with enough variety. Staff was helpful. Room was ok. Location was ok but street was noisy.

Superb

The hotel has a good location. Central berlin takes 30 minutes by metro. 300 meters from the hotel as the metro walking distance. The staff were very interested, especially Irene was very helpful and friendly.

Good value for money

Good value for money, rooms are relatively big and clean. Breakfast was also good and staff was friendly.

Bathroom itself is okay but shower is old and needs upgrade. Subway station is several minutes walk from hotel but keep in mind that it takes 30-40 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions and most likely you will need to change trains.

a good budget hotel on a tight budget but I would spend a bit more for better next time.

very nice reception and breakfast

room smelled like cigarettes, very small shower, very small “desk” area, and water from rain storm was in the room without window being open.

Super breakfast with a good choice possibilities and a very nice personal.

The Wi-Fi connection doesn't work in rooms. Only sometimes in the entrance lobby and breakfast location.

I enjoyed chats with the receptionist and was comfortable in the bed but had to sleep with earplugs.

The room is fine and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The street is a very noisy traffic traffic vein that never quiets down during the night. The only source of ventilation is an open window. The breakfast is typically unhealthy and not very good. The hotel is not in Neukölln but in Britz out of the range of mobility services like Emmy mopets or scooters. There are very limited options of groceries, pharmacies, or cafés in the area.

Great Staff and perfect location

Our family of 3 and 2 dogs had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. We were treated so very kindly from check in until check out. The Staff went above and beyond to help us secure a very nice parking spot to which we were very grateful. The Rooms were spacious and perfect for all of our needs. The very thoughtful treats they left by our Room while we were out exploring Berlin was met with delight from our son when we returned. It was great to have a park across the street to walk the dogs around. Breakfast was also plentiful and appreciated before heading out each morning to catch the train that’s about a 5 minute walk away. We will not hesitate to stay at this Hotel again on our next visit to Berlin. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Awesome hotel

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Super clean. Located near the metro. Breakfast was really nice.

Wi-Fi in my room was quite bad and yet I really needed it. Duvet was unusually thin and single pillow provided was just as bad.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very near the underground station.
