Great stay in a very nice hotel in the city center which is certainly worth the visit!

Very nice hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Great view from the room balcony. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Un lugar encantador.

Tanto las instalaciones del hotel, como la propia habitación estaban muy bien decoradas y el lugar era muy bonito y limpio. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Se encuentra en una ubicación muy céntrica, accesible a todas los puntos clave de la ciudad a pie. Si volvemos a Segovia repetiremos sin dudarlo!

El acceso a la bañera en el baño era un tanto complicado debido a sus características del mismo y su ubicación. Creo que sería más práctico colocar un plato de ducha.

Estancia corta y agradable

La tranquilidad en la habitación, bastante amplia con todas las comodidades. Un acierto la consigna,dejamos las maletas en ella y fuimos a visitar la ciudad y las recogimos cuando quisimos.

No había aparcamiento gratuito cercano,ota o parking privado, pero eso no es culpa del hotel.

Encantados!

No tengo queja alguna, fue genial! Me encantó la ubicación, estaba todo super cerca, me gustaron las vistas de la habitación, el desayuno variado, y la limpieza, un Hotel que merece más de 3 estrellas! Destacar también la super amabilidad del personal que estuvieron siempre atentos a nosotros. Repetiría sin duda!

It is charming and with a great old world vibe.

The structure is weirdly configured, multi level with some areas accessible only by stairs. The breakfast was just ok. Luis Enrique in the front desk is very friendly is very friendly

Pessoal do pequeno almoço muito pouco simpático. Eficazes mas nada amáveis. O acesso ao nosso quarto, sem elevador nem rampa para facilitar o transporte de bagagem

Uma estadia na História

Localização excelente e acomodações confortáveis.

Só ao fazer ao check in é que fomos informados que tinham o estacionamento do hotel lotado. Aconselharam-nos um parque de estacionamento próximo, mas com um valor muito superior.

La verdad es que todo estaba de diez . Empezando por la amabilidad del personal , las vistas de la habitación , la limpieza … Nos quedamos con ganas de probar el desayuno pero cenamos tanto el día anterior que no pudimos .

La única pega que pongo es el ruido de las cañerías por la mañana .

A great location, great service, lovely views and brilliant value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Great to have a secure and safe parking space beneath the hotel The staff were wonderful. very helpful and patient with our lack of Spanish. Most spoke and understood English very well. Provision of water in Reception area was welcome after a long walk in the heat.

Being English, a kettle in the room for a cup of tea would have been perfect plus a bottle of mineral water. Lovely touch of fresh water in Reception seating area but needs to be replenished regularly throughout the day.

A perfect hotel for staying in Segovia.

Room was very good. Nice balcony. Excellent shower + toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite easy to get to. Excellently located near to the centre. Secure parking.

Walking distance to key attractions with onsire parking. Cold lemon Infused water adds to the experience. The front desk was flexible with leaving car in garage after checkout.

Superb

A pleasure place to stay in Segovia. Close to the magnificent Alkazar and to the center of the old town. It has a basement closed parking - which is a must in Segovia since there is no place to park. Breakfast is rich and has a large variety.

There is no flat walk from the street to the elevators/room - you must climb few stairs up or down with you luggeges..

Excellent location, nice rooms with wonderful views.

There wasn't a bar open in the hotel and the car park was a bit difficult to find and challenging to get to as we were all on motor bikes

Good value hotel in good location

Room was a good size - bathroom was massive Location was good Breakfast was good and well priced (€9) Overall the hotel was good value

The room was very dark - I have to have my lights on at 10am - they need better lighting. The general terrace area looked lovely but was only open during breakfast, so wasn't able to enjoy it.
