Overall I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Well located, we were able to walk to the most important parts of the city.

The bathroom was not well lit and the shower does not have a door. I found that none of the hotels in Spain provide a wash cloth.

UN DESASTRE

A la hora de la siesta se les ocurrió mover mobiliario realizando mucho ruido durante media hora. Lo que me molestó ya que intentaba descansar. Al salir de parking no me permitía la salida ya que no tenía el ticket original que se quedó la recepcionista a mi llegada lo que me costó perder media hora hasta que la persona encargada del parking me abrió la barrera para poder salir La habitación carecía de luz suficiente, tenía tres interruptores que no funcionaban

Bienestar y lujo al alcance

Pues la verdad elegí una habitación triple y tuve 2 enormes habitaciones comunicadas con camas extra grandes y con terraza ,con vistas preciosas y con mesa y sillas al exterior. Ubicación perfecta en casco antiguo y con “aparcamiento “ que comunicaba con el hotel. Un poco lioso al principio, como todo hasta pillarle el “ tranquillo”. Realmente es un *****.

Lo único más laberíntico es la llegada desde el aparcamiento ( que está comunicado con el hotel )hasta la recepción , aunque claro acabas aprendiendo.

Habitación muy amplia y cama muy grande. No se oye ningún ruido, por lo que lo recomiendo para descansar. El hotel está integrado en el casco antiguo de Segovia, por lo que puedes visitar todo andando.

Pleasent stay.

Big rooms, clean hotel, very friendly staff.

The design of the rooms can be improve. Not a single drawer on the room, very limited space to organize your clothes if you are traveling with big luggage.

Segovia little piece of paradise

The hotel is in a great location they give very clear instructions on getting to the car park which makes it easy on arrival, The building is renovation to a very high standard . It has beautiful views from bedroom windows and very quite hotel highly recommend

Lovely Hotel in a Historic Building

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. The rooms are nicely renovated and have great views of the countryside. Location in Segovia old town was convenient for sightseeing. The staff were nice and always ready to help.

The only negative thing that happened was our room smelled strongly of turpentine after we came back from dinner, but the hotel staff acted quickly to move us to a different room.

Tudo uma mentira, absurdo esse hotel se auto apresentar como 5 estrelas, uma piada porque é um 3 estrelas, tudo velho, acabamentos de péssima qualidade, sequerr tem restaurante, pessoal amador.

El hotel es precioso y está muy bien ubicado. Teníamos reservada una habitación deluxe pero nos subieron de categoría y nos dieron una júnior suite que era perfecta. La cama es enorme y cómoda, bien insonorizado y decorado con buen gusto. Muy buenas vistas. Se accede directamente del parking al hotel lo cual es muy cómodo.

We had a wonderful dinner next door at the Villena restaurante next door (highly recommendable) and when diving to sleep

Helpfull and friendly staff, great location, amazing restaurante next door, Villena.

Very poor Matress quality, the springs hurt! We had to turn it upside down and still impossible to sleep on it! The room temperature of room 312 was freezing and we had two additional heaters and two blankets send to the room. The noise from next door bathroom when flashing woke is up at 6am…

Wonderful experience being in such a clean and well designed place.

The welcome at reception was warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also exceptional. We loved the large room and bathroom.

If the mere fact of staying in an old monastery with 400 hundred years history (or even more) 3 min away from Plaza Mayor isn't enough for you to get excited about staying here think about: - great customer service and the most friendly staff ever - tasty breakfast with multiple options from your favourite sweet croissants, cornflakes, fresh fruit, cakes, etc. to eggs and excellent Spanish ham and cheese - stunning view - clean - beautifully renovated building with new room interior - bath + shower - very comfortable bed - general look and feel of a place with history that you can never get in modern hotels

- I wish I could stay longer ...

very friendly staff, particularly on reception. good location.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was huge and had a very long balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The bathroom was great. It was a 3 minute walk to the main square and the cathedral. A 6 minute walk to the Aqueduct one way and the Alcazar in the opposite direction. Breakfast was good, but did not offer bacon or sausages with their egg menu. Just cold meats and cheeses, which are typical on a Spanish buffet.

Breakfast could have been improved, but was good overall.

exceptional conversion from past use with an outstanding location

finding it using vehicle sat nav was a nightmare resulting in our need to hire a local taxi to lead us to the hotel at a cost of ~ €15 without prior information we only realised on arrival that they do not turn on the air conditioning until May, when we booked the inclusion of this facility on the description was very important to us
