Superb

Very central location, clean and perfect for a night stay. The hosts are very friendly and they welcomed us very nicely with information about Segovia.

Overall a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Segovia.

We had a Family Room and a Superior Double Room. Both rooms were larger than we expected and worked great for our family. The location is perfect for walking to all the local sights. Check in was easy, convenient.

Beds were a little harder than we prefer but we still would recommend staying there.

Very spacious, clean and centrally located!

Centrally located, newly refurbished, very clean hostel. Our room was very spacious with 2 floors and two bathrooms. Would highly reccommend!

Only thing is there's no lift so not convenient with large suitcases (and buggies etc.)

The location of this hotel is superb and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

Perfect location, nice room, great price

-Located right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw away from the Aqueduct and the #11 bus stop if you’re arriving from Guiomar train station. -Modern room with windows that are truly soundproof. -A/C worked very well on a hot day. -Nice view from balcony. -Great value for price paid.

The location was great, and the room was amply sized. The owner was very nice. Despite being on a main street, the room was pretty well sound-proofed. Heard some stuff on Saturday night, but welcome to Spain.

First and foremost, the Internet was really bad. It went in and out, and it was frustrating. Also, the a/c was quite loud.

Stunning location, well organised and cleaned. The perfect base point to discover Segovia. Stuff was very friendly and available.

Great location , be aware that there are no lifts , very noisy at night.

Excellent location

Very very noisy due to its central location . No possibility to heat water in the room that was dark even in the day time (room 204). Poor language skills at reception.

Great accommodation in the heart of Segovia

Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and gave us great advices to visit Segovia. Perfectly in the center of the main street and just a few minutes walk from all the points of interest. The room was very cosy and well kept. Definitely recommended

We would have liked to leave our luggage a little bit longer on our check-out as our train was late in the night and carrying it around the city was not so comfy.

breakfast was not included, but there are plenty of coffee shops near the hotel.

If you have a heavy suitcase, it might be complicated. Since there is no lift.

Hot.

Great location. Clean room. Room is small, but this is expected. Discount for the paid parking.

Room was very hot. A/C appeared to be controlled by hotel staff, but they denied this and indicated it was due to the heat wave. A/C showed temp at 26.5C and higher even though we had set it at 22C. I can say the A/C did not come on at all after 8am. You can hear it and it was off. You must check-in by 7pm (19:00) which we didn't find out til the day of the reservation. We were given no options for a later check-in so we drove fast to get there. Wi-Fi didn't work very well, it would come in and out.

Häb Urban hostel is located in the best part of Segovia!!

Häb Urban hostel is located in the best part of Segovia! We felt very safe during our whole stay and we were close to all the best shops and restaurants. The staff was also very kind and helpful! I definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a quite, central, affordable and cleaned room.

Great location and lovely room

Fantastic location just a short distance from the aqueduct and lots of bars and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I specifically chose the room because of the private terrace which was absolutely brilliant after a long day sight seeing. We sat out there and talked about the day and shared a bottle of wine. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
