Amazing location with very special beach!

we didn't have a view to the beach but still it was very nice. the view from the restaurant was very good and the private beach is amazing specially the dock ! The stuff was very helpful. A lot of good restaurants in the area (5 min away)

The window at the room didn't have nets. a lot of light in the room(emergency light, the light from outside gets in throw the glass door and the tv) and the electric board didn't stop humming all the time when the ac and the fridge are working. wasn't so quiet at night.

Absolutely wonderful place and staff. We are already thinking about a new trip!

Location, location, location. That's it. The hotel staff are top professionals and the hospitality is amazing. A modern apartment with a large terrace and sea view made the visit perfect. Morning coffee in these landscapes is unparalleled. A nice restaurant in a nearby village with really big and tasty dishes. The hotel's own restaurant is also excellent!

Traumhafter Familienurlaub zum Entspannen

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit netten Menschen, die stets bemüht sind, dem Gast einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Die Lage ist ein Traum, abseits vom Trubel und direkt am Meer. Perfekt war auch die Kombi mit dem Mietwagen.

Can't wait to come back!!

Perfect deal to rent the room as well as a car to get around the island comfortably. We also loved the location where the private beach was perfect for snorkelling and not far from zorbas sandy beach and cave lera. The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming, always helpful. Breakfast was delicious, everything was just beautiful. We are planning to return!

A very good option to stay in Crete

The staffs are very friendly and good organized. They fixed the problems immediately. The combination of hotel and rental car is a good idea. The hotel has all basic needs.

The kitchen needs renovation and the internet connection was slow. Maybe if you book the new building it is nicer. You need car to go everywhere. So be sure to book it.

We will come back.

Overall we liked the hotel and its environment. We rented a room with a car rental. It is a super good business concept, huge kudos to the owner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was superb.

The bathroom was a little bit too small and crowded for me. The wardrobe with the little kitchen was a little bit weird. The first car we got was an A-category car, however, we were promised to get a B or C-category car. After we mentioned that they made a change, thanks to the flexibility of the hotel staff.

A beautifully relaxed stay in a lovely location with sunsets to die for !

Fantastic BnB and a secret paradise!

This is truly one of the best places we've ever stayed at on holiday. I honestly hesitate giving such a high score because I want to keep this place all to myself! :) I work with hotels and I spend about 90 days a year in hotels and I can tell you first hand, this place is incredible. Someone did their homework and the new renovations, the service, the package, were all done incredibly well. The tranquility of the property is amazing! The views, the suites, and the breakfast! All fantastic! A huge thank you to the staff! If we are back in the region, we will stay here again.

I would have loved a smaller pillow, but that is personal preference. Everything else was great!

Exceptional

Amazing view and the honeymoon suite was just as good as the pictures. Spectacular sunsets. Peaceful and quiet. The restaurant was great. Nice staff.

Nothing really, but if we have to say one thing; the pillows could have been better.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything! We had the best week here and would highly recommend and definitely be coming again. Everything was perfect, food, suite, the view, facilities, having a car with our room was great to get around and the Staff were exceptional! They really made it the best week for us and were so helpful and so kind to us, beyond grateful for them.

Good looking overall. Quiet location. Clean (kudos to the cleaning ladies) Pool and restaurant with an awesome view. Varied breakfast. The staff was friendly We had the package with the car included. Pickup to and from the airport included. Cold tap water free of charge at the pool and restaurant. Cute private terrace with a clothes drier.

Broken door which needed repairs twice in the same day. (Instead of apologies, they tried to convince us that the door lock was working just fine... ) Jacuzzi has some sharp pebbles all over it and can't rest your back. It also has just one high intensity program which ruins the experience. Noisy neighbours. Restaurant food is average at best but they present it as fine dining. (Everywhere else we ate on the island was better) We found a maggot in the burgers... hopefully from the salad and not the meat. BBQ night was a disappointment. Cold meat and not that varied. The receptionist told us that we could not keep the car over 11 AM (not even with an extra charge) because it's reserved for somebody else already but the car rental manager told us that it was reserved starting next day...and we remained stuck at the hotel until 6 PM without transportation. The car had a persistent beating noise coming from the right wheel. See through shades at the windows(we had constant light during night)...which was giving as 0 privacy with the light on.

Friendly staff. Clean communal areas. Lovely location but remote if you didn't want to use the car. Nice pool.

Layout of the apartment. Very steep, step ladder like stairs to upper floor bedroom. No drawers for clothes. Small hanging area in downstairs area but nothing in the upper area. No kettle, toaster, microwave. Shower cubicle not clean.

Beautiful stay.

The view was amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The pool was beautiful. And the staff were very friendly.

The room was just a bit cramped for the four of us, but we made it work.

Great experience

Our room, a suite with own pool, was superb 🫶. Great way to spend time together. The hotel amenities were aswell great and food was very good. The room rent also included a car which was great since we had a couple of windy days and we took the opportunity to explore the neighborhoods. Amazing views just 'behind the corner'.

Nothing at all. A car is good to have so you get easy access to Chania.

Great location

Staff were very nice. The amenities are quite nice and they offer service of food and beverages to the beach where they have tanning beds and sunbrellas. The location is great for exploring the West/Middle part of Crete and it is located only a 15 minute drive from the airport in Chania.

The hotel is close to the airport so if you do not like the sound of airplanes taking off you should go somewhere else as tje hotel is almost right in the takeoff lane. It did not bother us much but just thought to mention it.

The reception staff and airport pick up/drop off person were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cleaning staff did a good job and fitted around my son's late mornings without any fuss. Must have been really annoying for them! The gardens and pool areas were very tidy and kept clean. Water was brought to loungers during the day, a nice touch. Although the location was a bit remote, you needed a car unless you enjoy a fairly long walk to any local eateries, the uncrowded pool area and access to the sea made for a very relaxing holiday. Breakfast buffet was very good with a varied selection.

Waitering staff weren't very engaging. This might have been a slight language issue but came across as a bit unfriendly. Lunch and dinner choices were a bit limited particularly if you didn't venture out.

Exceptional

The whole experience, pleasant staff, wonderful location and good food what more is there to say. Oh my wife is coeliac if you let them know prior to your visit they will acquire gluten free bread but in any case all was catered for and nothing was any trouble for them, will definitely visit again

The bed ledge was a bit wide and my wife caught her legs three times and badly cut and bruised. May be worth looking at

Beautiful stay

From airport pickup to drop off it was so relaxing, a beautiful pool and pontoon into the sea, easy to snorkel. Always a space by the pool. Very clean and good breakfast selection. Loved it.

Would suggest a few lighter menu options in evening
