Lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza
Notamos que en nuestra habitación no habían ciertos elementos imprescindibles de higiene (escobilla)

This is a lovely hotel in a great location near to the monastery and the walks. It is quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I opted for breakfast, which was really not worth the long wait to be served. It seemed at odds with how the hotel was.

The junior suite was huge!!! It was so comfortable and the views were incredible! As a family of 4, we were very comfortable staying there and the staff were wonderful! I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Great communication, as they let us know in advance that due to local festivities we could have some issues with noise, since the hotel is right across the monastery (where they set up concerts). Excellent location, good cost per value. Shout out to the night staff!

Great location, tired hotel needs money spending on it. Breakfast does not start until 9 - no good as we played golf each day and had to go into town (500 yards away) for breakfast. large enough bedroom. Not very high quality - but adequate.
Bathroom has been re-sealed several times. It needs re-making completely. Bed mediocre. The room has air conditioning I did not test out.

Location could not be better for this cute town. It's an older property of course but very well-kept and clean. Very satisfying and good value.
No complaints

Nice room in great location not too expensive.
Breakfast options are lousy. No English channels on TV. Outside was cold but room was too hot. Aircon didnt help. Open the window gives some street noise but probably only in the weekend.

We had a wonderful night here The rooms at the front (make sure you get one) look over the front of the Palace. The main entrance is less that 100m away from the hotel. The beds are huge and comfortable and the rooms large. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Amazing value for money. Lots of reasonably priced places to eat close by including its own restaurant
The decor is a little tired and the breakfast expensive.

Wonderful location, beautiful room, friendly staff, comfortable bed
the air conditioning didn’t work and despite the night being cold, the room was incredibly hot. We didn’t sleep because of it. The night staff were unable to help. However, the staff in the morning were very helpful and refunded us some money

I had a wonderful stay at this excellent Hotel, which is very convenient to the escorial, which is right across the street, and to the bus station. The staff were superb in informing me of the bus from the train station and also getting me into a room within an hour of my arrival at 10:00 a.m. the room was very spacious and had a refrigerator. It was very quiet and it was a good sleep.
There was nothing that I disliked, although I wish that the cost of the breakfast was not 12 and 1/2 euros, which is a little high for my price ability. But the staff informed me of a Cara for supermarket which was only three blocks away.

I was here to visit the monastery of El Escorial, and the location was perfect - less than 5 minutes' walk away. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me with printing my ticket for the monastery (not sure if this was necessary but she went the extra mile) and looking after my bag during the day after I checked out. The room was spacious, had a nice breeze when the balcony doors were opened, and the little box of sweets on the bed was a nice touch.
There was a slightly stale smell, like cigarette smoke, in the room. Nothing too strong, and only noticeable on first walking in. The bathroom decor was a little old-fashioned (1970s style) but no major complaints.

So close to El Escorial. The lady at the desk the day we arrived was wonderful, fluent English and so pleasant. She arranged a tour for us to see The Valley of The Fallen as soon as we arrived. And the place for lunch was just out the door, having delicious pizza.
Looked like there was a restaurant there that we would have like to have gone to for dinner but it wasn't open when we were hungry around 6 or 7 PM. We had to find a place on our own as the lady at the desk from earlier had gone home. I should have asked her that morning what to do about dinner as we had a tough time later.

The location was perfect and amazing views!
The cleanliness was poor, the towels had very dirty stains on them and also my pillow case had a cigarette burn on it! Also a problem with electricity at the start where nothing was working in the junior suite which we paid more for and the solution was to move us to a small bedroom - out of the question!
