Ubicación excelente; las habitación y el baño es amplio y no se oía ruido externo; el restaurante del hotel da un servicio de desayuno y comidas excelente.
Recomendable.

The hotel was very near the Monasterio, the location was perfect! It's good because we don't need to call for Uber to get to the locations we want to go to. About the hotel, the room was clean, bed was perfectly made and there's even a mini fridge for our food. I really liked the atmosphere as well. It was peaceful, no noise. I slept very well.
I didn't like the bathroom, specifically the bath tub. The drain is clogged and it's a little hard to take a bath because the water reached till my legs.

Perfect location. Not far from main site seeings of the city. Shops, restaurants are nearby.
Wrong wifi password on the page inside the room. Should spent some extra time to get correct one from the desk.

Place is very good, right near el Escorial Monosterio/Palace, we had a room with view on this Palace. Also there is parking, but need have goid experience in parking, with big car it us quite difficult.
Room was clean , but it was at 3rd floor and in the corner, that's why part of the room was not accesible because of hight of ceiling
Bath was with hidro massage but it was not working.
The room was quite dark.
Bide was not working.

Finally a hotel where you can sleep late. No noice from hall/cleaning ladies

Near the bus station which made travel to Madrid very easy. Near to "real sitio de San Lorenzo de el Escorial"
Very friendly staff.
Good restaurants near by.
Overall a well priced hotel in a convenient position in El Escorial
The parking was safe but it was difficult to manoeuvre large cars.
Shower over bath would pose a problem for those with limited mobility.

Although a large hotel it had a "family atmosphere" and the welcome on the front desk was warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotless , including the car park, and the food was very tasty and excellent value, we all said that we would stay here again.
Unable to think of anything.

LOvely hotel, great location in the town( a few minutes walk from the Monastery/Palace) staff were extemely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. ALso had very handy parking right under the hotel at E15 a day.

my parents stayed 3 nights and the hotel did not change the towels in all these days. we are talking about a 4 starts hotel.
The second night the alarm went off at 2:30am. Nobody knew what happened, we all thought it was fire. So after this incident the hotel had no consideration with us. Parking very expensive btw.

The property was nice, convenient, staffs are approachable.
nothing, it was a nice stay

Big room, nice outlook.
Comfortable bed
Spa bath
Worst food i have had for ages in their restaurant
Much-vaunted croquettes were flavourless, no shrimp or ham or whatever filling in evidence.
Revueltos with ham and peppers was fried egg and chips (!) with ham and peppers on top.
Ham with pantumaca was cold sliced tomatoes on a thick slice of bread with dried up ham on top. Execrable.
3.5
Comfort of the room, easy and convenient to park. Breakfast was good.
Lifts inconvenient for several suitcases, lights in halls turned off too quickly, but no major problems.

the staff is super helpful and friendly! the breakfast buffet was wonderful
The rooms could be updated a bit, no soap in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good but food off the menu for dinner just ok.
4.5
The coffee from the bar was delicious. The coffee from the machine that came with breakfast was terrible. Otherwise the breakfast was great. The rooms were really clean. The staff was nice and helpful.
We were on the top floor in a room for three. The air conditioner couldn't quite get the room cool, which was tough since it was VERY hot and the festival was going on, so with the windows open, it was very loud. This would not have been an issue, I don't think, if it had not been a festival weekend.

Reasonable location, and free secure underground parking, which is good in El Escorial.
Quite dated hotel, with basic breakfast.

Our expectations were led by the information on the hotel website. This was not a 5-star central Madrid hotel, but our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good and we were well-looked-after at dinner in the evening which we greatly enjoyed. The hotel provides covered, secure parking, albeit at a cost, which was useful for us. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly be happy to return.
The hotel was fine; it should just keep doing what it is doing and maintain the standards.
3.5
Reception staff good. Breakfast excellent. Room
clean, but a bit stuffy and I was unable to operate the air-con, which may have been down to me rather than a faulty system. Bathroom a bit dated with no walk-in shower, but certainly acceptable for the price we paid and the shower itself was good.
We were unable to have dinner in the restaurant because there was a concert with an admission of 15 euros. We were offered a table on an outside terrace, but many people were smoking which would have made eating unpleasant. It was a shame as the many rice dishes on offer looked interesting and the following morning’s breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We had our dinner on a smoke-free ouside terrace at a wonderful Italian restaurant in the old town just 5 minutes walk away, so there was no problem in the end.

The location was fine, given its closeness to the palace and monastery.
The day staff were especially friendly but the night manager needs a reprimand. When I awoke in the middle of the night at a four star hotel I did at least expect to be able to find some water in the room, something at most two star hotels provide even if nothing else is given. I called the front desk and instead of trying to advise or help me man on duty laughed which made me upset. So, I haven’t got much choice but to get dressed, in a state of semi sleep, and walk in the rain to a neighbouring hotel to buy a bottle of water. the experience didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth as you can imagine!

Stayed in a Twin room. Spacious and warm with large clean bathroom including hot-tub style bath. Friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Excellent location and quiet at night. Reasonable value for money for a proper hotel room.
Staff were very helpful when approached but could have provided more information, e.g. wi-fi code, up front.
