Very noisy and unpleasant stay and would not recommend or use this place in future

Great location close to the main square and a lovely looking facade

The room carpet has many large stains and flooring underneath is uneven and walking causes furniture to rattle. Children running and shouting in corridor until 10.30pm unsupervised and breakfast choices were minimal compared to other hotels in the area

Superb

Location is great, on a quite street in the city center. We had a nice and clean room at the attic.

We only stayed one night. During our stay, there was nothing negative that we identified. It is really a nice hotel.

Brillant, we would stay again.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the black church, museums, restaurants, shops and the main bus station. the room was large and beautifully decorated. the beds were comfortable and spacious. It had bathrobes, slippers and shower-gel which was great as we forgot ours.

It was very hot inside, even when we turned the radiators off of was still boiling. the fridge and mini bar were great but no alcohol inside it. we were missing the kettle to make coffee /Tea first thing in the morning. the carpet had a very what looked like burnt stains which was a shame to see as the room was lovely apart from that. and one of the armchairs had a hanging button. just little touches that could. he rectified.

Not so great!

- Perfect central location - fully renovated and nicely decorated - great breakfast with lots of different options

- Sound proofing non existent. We were awake most of the night due to a group of kids screaming, shouting and playing in the hallway… worst night we’ve had in Romania ! - Impossible to open any windows in the attic room meaning you won’t get any fresh air - Horrible paint odor in the room, I guess due to the impossibility to open windows…

Exceptional

Everything was excellent! The rooms were large and charming, the location was great, and the staff was accommodating. A great combination of traditional and modern styles. Excellent mattresses and pillows on beds - very comfy.

The carpet had some stains, but that wasn't a big deal.

breakfast staff hard to find sometime, if you arrive 15 minutes before closing the variety of food is much poorer at the same price. nothing to see at the attic windows :/

Superb

Great place! Right in the center, I would highly recommend. Staff was very very nice, rooms are big and clean, very modern furniture, you certainly feel that you are at an upper level place than you are.

All was well, very clean, very nice everything. The walking path on the upper floors is very narrow and can be risky during dark (night) or if people are not sober not to fall through the middle to ground floor, maybe it is a bit exaggerated but it is narrow. The bathroom was very clean, but for me it had a very strong smell of lavender or something similar, too strong, like someone spilled a bottle of lavender perfume there.

Excellent overall!

Room was large enough, clean. It also had everything we needed and it was cleaned regularly. Didn't eat breakfast here, so can't comment on that.

The floor had a bit of an angle, maybe because we were on the top floor, which was a bit disconcerting at times, but a small issue overall.

Great hotel perfectly located in the city center

The hotel is perfectly positioned in the city center. We had a very big and clean room. Is our second trip here and we will definitely return again.

The hotel does not have reserved parking spaces but as we arrived on a Thursday we found a parking space near the hotel.

Amazing place and people!

Amazing place in Brasov, do not hesitate to book your stay here! The location is super close to the center, yet quiet, the staff went over the head to exceed our expectations. I was travelling with my daughter and they made sure we have everything we needed, even asked about her nap time so they can plan the room cleaning accordingly. Breakfast was delicious, with local traditional food, as well as 'international' options. The room was huge and very clean, same with the bathroom. Even though our windows were facing the street, it was super quiet when closing them. Stayed before also in their attic rooms, super comfy and romantic. A big plus was the elevator, really helping when travelling with baby cots and luggage. All in all, a 5* experience! Thank you to the whole staff for the amazing stay! Will definitely be back!
