Een weekje vakantie dat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Lekker en afwisselingsrijk ontbijtbuffet - vriendelijke en zorgzame bediening - grote betrokkenheid op onze beleving - uitgebreid advies bij het opstellen van de daginvulling (bezienswaardigheden - bereikbaarheid - enz.) - de lekkere keuken

Geen idee - een koelkastje op de kamer zou leuk geweest zijn

I loved my stay there. Will probably return and recommend to everyone.

Amazing central location, everything reachable on foot in a few minutes. There were plenty of options for breakfast and everything was delicious.

My room was facing the main road of the village, and there was quite a bit of traffic even in the evening and night. Because it was a bit hot i kept the window open and the traffic noise was a bit annoying.

Alpine Paradise

The hotel is very good. Nice cozy rooms and very warm atmosphere. Exceptional restaurant!

The summer days during our stay were quite hot and there are no airconditioners in the rooms. It was extremely hot and stuffy during the nights. Because of the street noise outside it is also impossible to keep the windows open. Also I would highly recommend to add an electric kettle in the room. Late at night or early in the morning you can't have any hot beverages.

Fabulous place to stay

Welcoming greeting, great being able to park right at the hotel. Very comfortable room and fantastic location right in the old town. Did not have breakfast, however we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty.

My stay was not as expected, I book a hotel to get comfortable but in this hotel I get more tired.

The only thing is good of this hotel is location

First, when I arrive to make my check in I didn’t find anyone in the reception, the reception is so small and smells of dogs, there’re dogs everywhere. I wait for 5 min. until the lady came to check in. The weather was rainy and I ask for help because I have a lot of luggage’s and I have a baby; the one lady told me to pick it up by myself. Although, the elevator is too small and tight and smells bad also, the corridor as well. The elevator is on a stairs it’s not comfortable if you have strollers. Then, there’s no water kettle or coffee machine. I tried to call the reception many times but no answer, which forced me to go down to get it by myself. Unfortunately, I booked for 1 week in the hotel, I have complained to booking and try to refund but the hotel did not accept it. They replied to booking that they will offer us free upgrade room, but they told me that I will be charged for upgrade.. I make my check out after 5 nights instead of 7 nights, when I make the check out they offer me the free upgrade! After this, they charged me for parking, city fees, my baby stay without informing me when I make my check in, I was not noted about any more charges. They charge me extra taxes (city fees) while I already pay it in booking. they didn’t care even that I have checked out early, they prepare the bell and that set. they charged my baby breakfast per day although we did not eat in their restaurant unless the first day.

A wonderful hotel and staff!

The staff was so wonderful. Jasmine was a big help when we checked in and during our stay. There was some confusion with my booking through the website with our child not being included and they fixed it and made sure it wasn’t a problem. They even noticed it was my birthday and had our breakfast table decorated! The hotel is in a great location and you have everything you need in short walking distance (the lake, shopping, ski slope gondola, etc.) I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Lovely traditional Austrian experience

A real team effort by all the staff that made our holiday a pleasure. We really appreciate having a room with a bath and a taxi available to take us back to the airport. Vielen dank Hilary and James

Pleasant

The location was great and very near to the center. The parking was available with 12 Euro fees per night. the room was big and clean. baby bed provided when we asked.

Dogs were everywhere walking in the lobby. the staff did not help with the luggage.

Very good

The room was quite big with a comfy bed and huge bathroom with separate toilet. The breakfast was really good! Many many options, everything fresh and good prepared. Did not know, what to choose :) We were really happy, it was exactlly, was we expected.

The room was situated in the 1st floor above the kitchen, so we could smell the food from the kitchen in the evening. The location of hotel is fine, but in the neigbourhood is many turkisch restaurants, which is quite sad. The restaurant was closed in Sunday, but we used the restaurant opposite and the dinner was really good. The staff at the reception was not very friently.

Very good place, beautiful environment and decor.

No air conditioning, makes it very hot on sunny days, and window was to the street so very loud noises of cars if you open it.

great location especially if you don’t have a car. it is close to the buses. great breakfast. love the view from my room.

Friendly staff and helpful..arranged a packed lunch for us as we were leaving early the following morning .Very clean facilities and spacious room and not noisy even though next to a road

Huge room and a great breakfast

The room was spacious and had many facilities; The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub.

The main entrance has quite a lot of staires and it was not very easy to climb there with suitcases

Breakfast is delicious and rich enough.

We did not like the smell of mold in the shower and the fact that the vent worked even when the light in the shower went out
