쇼핑관광이라면 베오베의 장소

일단 주변 상가와 직결되어 있고, 역에도 매우 쉽게 접근 가능. 구조적으로 호텔을 잘 지었는지 외부 상가 소음과 단절. 쇼핑 관광에 최적임

룸에 미니 냉장고가 시원하지 않아요...

Excellent hotel, especially if you get the rooms on sale. Perfect for staying in Osaka.

Location was prime. Right in central Namba. Super easy to get to anywhere from the hotel. It's right in the middle of a shopping arcade, so plenty of food options well into the night. Unlike a lot of other hotels on this trip, this hotel had plenty of elevators and I didn't have to spend much time waiting for one. The rooms were comfortable and bathroom was reasonably sized. The front desk was also able to ship our bags via delivery service direct from the hotel. They even called our next hotel to confirm they could send.

Only minor complaint is that there's a two stage elevator. You have to take one from ground to lobby, then take another from lobby to room floor.

난바 오리엔탈 호텔 오사카 난바에서 방 제일 넓은 듯!

일본에 좁은 호텔방밖에 없어 절망했는데 넓고 쾌적해서 만족스러웠습니다. 위치도 정말 좋았구요. 온천물인지 물이 엄청 매끈매끈해서 샤워하고 나오면 항상 촉촉했습니다.

불끄는 스위치가 가운데 침대 머리맡 버튼에 있는걸 몰라서 잘때 스위치 찾는다고 한참을 헤맸어요. ㅠㅠ 이거 체크인할떄 얘기좀 해주세요.. ㅠㅠㅠ 그리고 화장실 샤워하고 나면 습기가 엄청 찹니다. 환풍기가 돌아가는거 같긴한데 잘 안되는건지 그걸 모르겠네요.

Attentive staff but not a suitable room for anyone looking to find accomodation in that price range

I enjoyed leaving this hotel more than arriving... Though the staff are to be congratulated on their attention and care

The carpet of the room is best described by my friend who noted it as "Jeffery Dahmer's floor". Covered in stains and patently awful, the carpet left one feeling exposed to all sorts of health risks

Great location and comfort

The location was great, very close to namba station, dotombori and local restaurants. Staff spoke great english and were verh helpful.

We couldnt enjoy the breakfast because they were renovating the dining room, but of course that’s not the hotel’s fault. We are very happy with our choice.

La base perfecta para explorar Osaka.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Está a pocos pasos de la estación Namba. El hotel es moderno, grande. Todo funciona perfecto. Además, bajas y en la misma puerta del hotel estás en plena zona turística máxima de Namba.

Nice, chill hotel in the middle of the shopping district

Good location near Namba station. Within walking distance subways, trains, taxis, airport trains. Very near there is the Walk, the underground shopping street. The hotel is in the middle of the covered shopping street with many restaurants. The rooms are small, but nice, chill, quiet in the middle of the shopping district.

No breakfast, because they are renovating the restaurant.

위치는 좋았으나

비싼만큼 숙소 크기는 좀 컸음 청소요청시 수건이나 어메니티, 물도 새로 줌 아케이드안에 있어서 비오거나 할떄 돌아다니기 약간 편함 바로 옆에 로손 편의점 있고 주변에 먹을가게는 다양하게 있음

리모델링 했다는데 엘베 타는곳 1층에 물이 새고 엘베 2개중 1개는 고장나서 수리하는걸 봄 에어컨이 기계가 설치된게 아니라 바람통로 같은곳에서 냉기가 나오는데 지난주엔 좀 더웠는데 에어컨 온도를 아무리 내려도 온도가 25도 그대로길래 문의를 하니까 중앙통제라고 함 내부는 전체적으로 옛날 느낌이 남 다른 후기에 있던 월컴 라운지가 없고 알고보니 로비에 술 2병을 기계에 넣어서 먹을수 있게 해놓은거 같은데 안내문이 없어서 손대기도 그래서 못먹음...

第一天入房時，發現坐廁上有布條碎，水喉旁邊及床單上都有頭髮。

位置非常方便

房間太舊，牆壁有發霉，冷氣開關掣接觸不良，門鎖扣不順。

An excellent base to explore Osaka!

This is a large, excellently situated hotel very close to Namba station and in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife. In spite of this it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One of them was particularly helpful with our luggage transfer. We had a family room which was very spacious by Japanese standards. The décor is a bit old fashioned - gold and marble - but it’s in great condition, no complaints at all about that. The beds were comfortable and there was powerful A/C in the room. The bath and shower in our room were spacious and very nice to use. The whole hotel was very clean. The Sake tasting tickets were good. Breakfast buffet is available but is over ¥2000 per person - we got breakfast at nearby bakeries instead.

My only slight negative is that the lobby smelt slightly of cigarette smoke, there might be a smoking room down there. The floor plan showed that most of the rooms were nowhere near as big as the family room we booked, which had 3 beds and a sofa bed and gave us tons of space.

Convenience stores and eating places are nearby. Lots of shops Train station is not too far away

There is no drop off point in front of the hotel One of my family members could not walk very far and had difficulty walking from the main road to the hotel

Location is great.

Close to many attractions and subway/train stations. Offers good breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly. The housekeeper makes our room as clean and neat as it can be.

The sofa bed needs an update. Has lose it’s form as a bed. The carpet as well needs to be cleaned or changed out, is not clean, has stains.

Quick cleaning services.

Better quality tooth brush and provision of body lotion. No upgrade to a better room even though booking is for 12 nights (7 + 5 nights).

The old employee is not accomodating. He was very rude and refused to listen. Other employees found it hard to communicate, even with Google translate.

location to where we wanted to go and visit. Staff was friendly and explained things well, specialy when they needed to move my kids to a different room due to a hotel overbooking... they proviced my kids with nice rooms.

Good location if you want to dine and shop at the main shopping district. Larger than average rooms.

Located near the main shopping district, making it easy to find food options or shop. Sheltered access to Metro and Japan rail stations through underground walkways made it convenient, rain or shine. Room was larger than expected and hotel felt discreet and safe.

Location was a bit far from Osaka or Shin Osaka station. Getting to the hotel involved quite a few train changes which was a bit inconvenient as we had large luggages. Something to note if you're considering this hotel but have a lot of baggage.

Dated hotel but good location and decent size rooms

The hotel is definitely getting a little dated and could use a facelift so with that in mind it's probably over priced for what it is. That said, the location is excellent, it was very clean and the staff were accommodating.
