The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and there were so many lovely touches like the beach bag and the fruit and water restocked every day. The pool was lovely and cold, I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Because it was secluded and there weren’t many people around it did feel a bit eerie but it wasn’t high season when we were there.

They take care of their customers 200%

Amazing property with the kindest staff. They waited for us until late at night to check in because our flight was delayed. Breakfast is amazing and everything from the villa to the pool is gorgeous.

The villa was very nice and quiet. The beach by the resort is absolutely beautiful! We were able to rent a scooter from the resort which was useful (300 tbh /day). Very friendly staff! The restaurant also serves good food and drinks. Overall very please with the stay!

The hotel was so peaceful and tranquil set away from all the business nearby. During our stay, it was my wife’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond making the day special for her. Thank you all again for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Part of the hotels charm is it’s remoteness. That being said, there are not many options for food nearby though the good prices at the hotel restaurant more than made up for this.

Amazing beach, lovely people, very good food at the beach, huge beach and view
It would be good to use bug spray etc per room once a month like other resorts because we had 7 big cockroaches in the room only in 2 days.

Beautiful place!
This place is perfect for those who want complete relaxation. Far from anything that ensures a full recharge. Therefore, renting a motorcycle is recommended. The accommodation is very clean. The garden is wonderful. At breakfast, you can find everything you need, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, salad, pastries, fruit, coffee... The staff is excellent! The cleaning was always in order, the girls do a nice job! Everyone at the reception is also kind and helpful, they answer all our requests. The owner Kris manages the hotel well! He is interested in every comment and takes immediate action. Unfortunately, the suitcases did not arrive, I reported this to Kris and he explained everything about it and gave continuous feedback, I had nothing to do. Thank you again!🙏

Beautiful location quiet and very relaxing, large grounds and beautiful well kept gardens, it is family run and the staff work very hard. lovely lady called Tip who is on front of house and served us breakfast every morning was a delight, extremely friendly and smiles all day. we have visited Viva 3 times and will continue to stay in the coming years.
It was a shame that the beach bar was not open until the afternoon, it could also do with some background music, to create more of an atmosphere, I think this would attract more guests and walkers by to use the bar more. Never the less, the cocktails were great and it would not stop us from staying again!

Everything was perfect. The place is a piece of heaven and the staff is very nice.

There are twelve spacious bungalows, well-separated & private, in a large beautifully planted & maintained garden setting on a gorgeous small beach. Accommodation is (slightly dated) with large bedroom, lounge area & excellent bathroom floor to ceiling & walls marble, with free-standing large bath, separate shower, two separate WCs. Cleaned daily to immaculate standard, cotton bedlinen. Aircon in bedroom & bathroom, ceiling fan in lounge. The staff are without exception delightful and responsive to any problem. The beach bar & restaurant are fun and serve a mean cocktail, icy local beers, and great food freshly cooked to order.
The breakfast offer could be improved. In particular, with good coffee & a wider range of fresh local fruit. The free bicycles & mopeds should be upgraded, but are nice to have. (There is a car hire/ taxi company close by). The location is semi-rural which is blissful unless you want lights, noise and action, in which case need transport.

Great location. Nice restaurant right on the beach. Even though it was fully booked, it felt quiet and peaceful. Great service, they even made us breakfast to-go as we were leaving early. Looking forward to get back.
Nothing really.

Peaceful place!
There is a private beach but the water is more dark on this side of the island.

Individual and quiet villas, empty beach nearby. Friendly cats walking by
Water temperature was unstable, some interior was broken.

- Price - Quality good
- Food very good, but selection was reduced because of low season
- very spacious rooms
- beautiful, very well maintained garden
- reduced menue (low season)
- service in the restaurant was mainly done by a man, not at all adopted to service (even he was friendly)

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Beautiful sunsets if the weather cooperates. Beds were comfortable. Motorbikes on site for rent.
If you’re looking for privacy and somewhat secluded, this might be for you. Not a lot to do or restaurant choices unless you travel.

i love it here it’s my 2nd visit. location for starters is really beautiful a small unspoilt beach all to ourself. the room was really nice and lots of nice little touches like fruit on the fridge and lemongrass oil diffuser in the room.
very friendly staff remembered me and we’re really welcoming.
the place has a feeling of peace and tranquillity. I’ll definitely be back.

Lipa noi beach is a very beautiful beach, however the part infront of the hotel wasn’t that nice, many branches.

beautiful garden setting on the beach and I enjoyed the pool very much
I wish the ocean water was clearer, but I would still return.

Staff, bungalow very close to the beach, basically on the beach. Very spacious bungalow(very).
Amazing garden, with palm trees and more.
Very nice restaurant with the view.
Loved the staff!!
3.5
Beautiful garden and all area, well maintained. Older lodges. with local touch feltblike your own cottage.
There was a lack of staff, so the lunch and dinner took awfully long - so prepare for long waiting time also when ordering. The owners are kind and nice but they need more staff.
Our tv didn’t work the whole time, out of the two toilets one started leaking in the evening, called the reception around 8:30 pm but everybody had retired and no one to pick up the call- glad it wasn’t a medical emergency or a security issue.
The place looks nice - only for covid not that many people and not enough staff to serve. There was trouble with providing warm water. was fixed towards the end of the stay.
Garden’s are green and lush - well maintained.

Amazing amazing amazing food and view and service!
All was amazing for the price and the whole resort type, but all houses are old. Some renovation could help.

Simply an amazing getaway resort for people who seek peace, quietness and comfortable stay. Not too fancy or anything like that but everything was on spot: the resorts, the garden, the view. All of it.
