Superb location and nice view of the rice field from the room. Balcony was massive and the view from the balcony was priceless. Within 100meters from the hotel you will get convenience store and lots of resturants. Very good internet connection as well.
Very limited selection of food in the buffet breakfast. Endless lizards but not that they were troubling us however one of the lizard ran over my foot in the reception area.
The aircon wasn't cooling the room however on reporting they send someone over to check and then we got moved over to another room which was slightly bigger from our initial booking.

Absolute zen!! Our room was so large and looked out to the beautiful green rice paddies .

The staff were so accommodating and the hotel was off a busy street so very quiet and peaceful. So many restaurants on the main road and walking distance to monkey forest

Great location and staff were very friendly and helpful. We did the sunset ricefield trek and it was fab!
Unfortunately our room was grubby. The outside was missing ceiling tiles which meant animals could get in. We had lizards and mice as visitors and found mice droppings around the room. The air con smelt funny too.

Great location, bang in the centre of ubud, also rooms are located inside where you can’t hear traffic at all
We faced issue with hot water supply in the bathroom, rest all was nice !

The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough to make me feel comfortable and happy. The two pools were clean and fantastic with a view of the beautifully maintained gardens and the rice paddies and farms .
And the massage was the best I had in Bali , heavenly .

The people were very friendly and helpful and the room, spa and breakfast was so nice
The door lock was a problem. I couldn't lock and open my door with the ease.

We had a very nice room: spacious, clean, good AC, comfortable bed, good wifi, and quiet. Most nice one of all: it was facing the rice fields and that was an amazing view to wake up with every morning and a nice view when you’re relaxing on your balcony.
The room was far away enough from the street that leads to Ubud center and we didn’t hear the traffic at all. All we heard was the calming nature. Exactly what we wanted.
Nice thing also was that there are mineral water refill stations at the lobby and the restaurant which you can use whenever you want, so you don’t always have to walk to a store for just some water. Besides it is more sustainable to refill your bottle.
There are two pools, you can choose the one of your liking.
The staff of the hotel are great: always smiling and willing to help. The make you feel really welcome. These people are worth a 10.
The breakfast was really nice in my opinion: enough options to choose from, but also not too many that cause decision fatigue and make you end up wanting to stuff your face with everything they offer. Important was that it was very tasty and fresh. They also had an egg station where they make the eggs you want. the breakfast restaurant faces the pool, which faces the rice fields. Again, very nice!
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We found Ubud center a bit too busy. Our street leading to the city center also had a lot of traffic but not as crowded with people as in Ubud center. The hotel is surrounded with nice restaurants, coffee places, convenience stores and bigger supermarkets. Including smaller warungs and street food places where the other tourists don’t go to, where you only find locals and super low prices.
The hotel offers an on demand free shuttle service to Ubud city center. Just ask in de lobby or WhatsApp them from one of the two pick up points.
We came to Ubud because we wanted a nice and quiet place.
There is no tv in the room. For some people it’s a downside, but we don’t fly to an amazing island for 14 hours to watch tv. We didn’t miss one but maybe also because it was not one of our demands for a hotel in such a beautiful place.
Some nights -not all-, noise comes from a roof top bar nearby. You will notice the sound when walking to your room, but we didn’t hear it at all in our bedroom, so no complaint there.

Great location in the Ubud near some restaurants, coffee places, shopping, temples ...
A good size of the rooms (we had a premium room with the rise field view) and very lovely view from the balcony.
The breakfast is the same , day to day ...and is very limited and is not very tasty. We stayed in 4 days and already day two we was looking for some other options for the breakfast outside of the hotel.
The madrases was under all critic. So, if you have any back problems , I would absolutely not recommend this place.
There was lack of the management routines and structure there as guest you can feel and experience some challenges.
The facilities and rooms was not super fresh as on the pictures and need some maintenance

Like an oasis amid the bustle of Ubud. Lovely pools. Soothing views. tasteful furnishings. Huge bathroom. the best part was the balcony overlooking the rice field. Stunning.
Nothing.

The resort is situated a good distance away from the main road, with views of the rice fields, so there was a sense of peace and tranquillity.
For a more personal touch, I think the staff could wear name tags. Not enough water bubblers on the premises.

It is located in a very good location and the atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable and warm. All the staff were friendly and got along well without any inconvenience. In particular, the lunch box prepared at 4 am was very touching.

Very clean, spacious room, nice pools (one salt water, one fresh). The hotel is nicely located next to beautiful rice fields. We enjoyed a very good breakfast every morning overlooking these rice fields. Moreover, the hotel is within walking distance from some nice restaurants and the monkey forest. For everything in Ubud located further away there is a free shuttle that you can use.
Lovely staff!
Nothing really.

Location is great. Just a short walk to most of ubud and they can drop you off in the town centre if you don't feel like walking as much. The staff were really friendly and the room we had was really comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet and was great. Would recommend.

Great location, close to the centre but still very quiet and set back away from the main road. If you like yoga it’s only 5 mins walk to Yoga Barn so great for us who wanted to do yoga. The customer service was faultless and the facilities were great!
