Nice pool area and the grounds were kept clean and tidy. They brought breakfast to our terrace for a time made convenient for us. The breakfast was good - a nice, simple selection to choose from. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put on trips for us and really looked after us. The room was large and clean.
The property is on the outskirts - which meant it was quiet and peaceful. Taxis were easy to get. It was around 20 mins walking to get into the centre. I would recommend hiring a moped for easier access to the area in general.

The staff is really nice, they do the extra mile for guests. The breakfast is delicious. It’s a tranquil location away from Ubud’s hustle and bustle.
The rooms are a little out dated and the windows in the bathroom didn’t have the mosquito nets (but at the time there weren’t any mosquitoes, so not a big issue for us).

Staff was very friendly. We were to arrive at the place around 1 AM and they accommodated our circumstances. Waited for us to come and show us to our room. Clean room, excellent breakfast and atmosphere.

The best were the breakfast served in front of the room on the terrace. Friendly people.
We just had a worse room that was close to the jungle and there were more lizards. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

Great value for money and very clean
Location is good, away from busy ubud center but still walking distance
Breakfast was good
Staff was very nice and helpful
Rooms are big and shower works great
They could be more mindful of doing construction in the guest house early in the morning
Staff could be more knowledgeable about activities in the area and helping out to organize tours

We spent in Nyoman Sandi Guesthouse 6 nights. This is really a wonderful and cosy guesthouse, located in quiet area but at the same time within walking distance from the Ubud centre. Fantastic staff and very good communication prior to arrival. We loved breakfasts served on the terrace. Rooms are very clean and the staff makes sure there are no insects. We also had the opportunity to relax by the beautiful pool (there are three pools in total).

I ended up extending my stay here for 3 more days because the family’s warmth, comfort/cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful grounds and value for money were beyond positive. I was a female solo-traveler and felt more than welcomed and safe at this Guest House. There are 3 pools, breakfast served fresh to terrace and wonderful surroundings. Beds were extremely comfortable and showers had good water pressure. the city center is about 15/20 mins walk away but there are a few cafes nearby. If I come back to Ubud I would love to stay here again, thank you Nyoman and family!

Really good breakfast with options, and they gave a coconut asa welcome drink. Very clean rooms and pool, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will 100% stay here again when I come to Ubud and recommend to anyone to stay here.

After first day we asked to change our room and it was the best idea. It was a bit far from loudly speaking guests from the big house. we had nice view to the green. We had tasty breakfast outside and staff was great

I stayed several times at Nyoman Sandi Guest House and every time they delivered the same high level of quality. Rooms are big, clean well equiped, comfortable, the staff is friendly yet discreet, breakfast options are perfect, swiming pools and the gardens are wonderful to chill, everything is above what you would expect for the price. This is a family run business and you will feel like you belong there.
Nothing.

This place is fantastic, the staff are super helpful, the rooms are great, everything works! There is a mini bar in the room and the prices are really good. It's an easy way to sting people but that hasn't been done. The Aircon works really well (like it may actually have been regularly serviced!). Nice touches in the bathroom like flannels and bottled water. Good shower. Breakfast is ordered the day before and is very good. Nice duvet, neither too light nor too hot.
When I wanted to stay longer and there nearly weren't any rooms left, only got one at the last minute!!!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and from the time we arrived to time we left everything was perfect. The family compound was at the front and they greeted us on arrival and always available for any queries and learnt alot about history of Ubud. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and breakfast served on your balcony or patio each morning and delicious. It is 20 minute walk to main streets of Ubud but where the guest house is situated it is like traditional village and surrounded by rice fields. We will return....in fact didn't want to leave. Thank you to all the family and the wonderful staff...
Nothing....Only thing I didn't like was that I has to leave!!!

The Guest House was one of the best we had on our trip. It was very clean, the pool an the garden are very nice and the staff also very friendly. I would highly recommend staying there! You walk only 10 minutes to the center of Ubud and at the same time you sleep in a quiete area near a rice field. The prices of the Mini bar are more than fair. We enjoyed staying there.
The fridge in the room was a little loud.

Lovely location in rice fields but only just out of the centre so accessible. A beautiful setup with family temple at the front.
Very welcoming staff with a personal touch.
Rooms spacious and clean with lots of natural light and warm simple interior.
Good strong shower with very hot water if wanted.
Great vibes, loved our stay here.

The atmosphere was most relaxing. Very clean, nice choice of breakfast. Very friendly staff. 3 swimming pools. Most helpful during a time of difficulty. Would happily return for an even longer stay.
The only thing that could possibly be added would be an onsite restaurant. Although the food they did serve was very nice.

We liked absolutely everything: amazing rooms with everything you need, nice pool right near the rooms where one can chill at any time.
The hosts are so nice and friendly ready to help with anything. One can also rent a bike or book a tour again here. So one shouldn’t worry of anything!
Close to all the sights of Ubud, spa salon etc.
And of course kind and amazing people working there and owning the place will make your stay unforgettable.
