Heerlijk ontbijt, ruime kamer, vriendelijke personeel
Het zwembad, dit kan toch geen zwembad genoemd worden !!

Great service, super nice staff always there to help. Good breakfast in the room.
The pool is closely surrounded by other people's room balconies making it very uncomfortable to swim there.

Very happy with the room, comfy bed. The breakfast on our balcony was the charm, and nice bathroom too. Good location in Ubud.
Staff are very friendly. I would book it again.
We did not used air conditioning is our room because it was smelling very strong and dirty, however the room also has a celling fan so it all worked at the end.

Loved the location and the room. Very clean. View from the room was outstanding.
Very noisy from other guests but this is of no fault of the hotel or the staff. When staying in such a small hotel people should be a little more mindful.
Really have nothing else to fault - it’s a great place to stay.

Lovely place tucked away in a quiet area of Ubud. Breakfast provided in our room each day and the staff were happy to respond to any requests.

The room was great and the hotel was well located.

The location is perfect, close enough to Ubud centre but off the main road so you do not hear traffic or the nightlife bustle. Do note, cars/taxis cannot reach the actual front door of the hotel, you will have to walk for a 20 meter (on flat terrain) to reach the actual door, where you go down a stairs to enter the hotel facility. Plenty of great food options and tourist attractions nearby. Rent a scooter and you are at most places within 10-30 minutes.
The bathroom is also one of the better ones I ever been in, very spacious and comes with a bathtub.
The pool and garden are beautiful, quiet and smell really good.
The wifi coverage is not super solid, but overall it is fine. Also for light sleepers, when neighbours are talking you can hear it through the walls/floors/ceilings. No problem for me, but might be a problem for you.
The breakfast is alright but nothing special, don't have too much expectations for it - there are a lot of nice coffee shops nearby though.

Nice little pool. Quiet Area
a bit at the end of the city, but with a 15 min walk you reach the area where all the restaurants are

Great location, near everything! Lovely, helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts served to your room with so much variety. Having a pool to cool off in in central Ubud was a real treat
We loved everything! Some reviews mentioned the short walk to property down a walk way but this wasn’t an issue at all! Car/hotel staff helped with all bags so really not a hardship!

We picked this hotel because of its location and it really paid off - Bliss Ubud Abangan is in Central Ubud and we could easily walk around to local bars, cafe, restaurants and attractions. Definitely worth it if you want to make the most of being in Ubud.
The staff were also great, couldn't have been more attentive. We checked in really late as our flight was delayed and they still had someone there to greet us.
The breakfast was really good - definitely try out the Indonesian breakfast as the fried rice and noodles were both delicious.
Room was comfortable, air con was great and the wi-fi was super reliable.
There is a communal pool which is nice enough but it is very overlooked and there isn't really that much space to "chill out" here. But to be honest, that's not really why you'd stay here - we were out almost all day every day.

I love the accommodation! Very clean and beautiful it gave you Bali vibes! The people that work at the hotel are very kind and helpful. I do it all over again!

Très belle chambre avec terrasse, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins.
La terrasse de notre chambre était face à l’accueil, manque un peu d’intimité.

Our second visit to Ubud and we would not stay anywhere else. Outstanding staff, so close to the centre of Ubud but so quiet and an excellent breakfast served on our balcony with a view of a rice paddy.
Not a thing!

Friendly staff
Location. Not located close to shops as previous reviewers have said. There’s about 100m walk with luggage from drop off point to hotel. There is no vehicle access directly to hotel. I knew this before booking and was ok with it. Staff kindly assisted with picking up and dropping off luggage to pick up point. No restaurant on site, everything is room service. Breakfast was presented beautifully however was cold. Dinner on arrival was ok.
Although the hotel is set back a bit the night life of Ubud traveled until late night.

Central location. Really well presented, clean, great views and amazing courtyard. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely!
Only criticism would be that the pool is completely shaded. It is beautiful however. A real oasis in the city Centre.

The staff is really friendly. Near the center.
Cars can’t reach the main entrance. You have to walk a little.

Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Room was quiet and clean enough.
They serve the breakfast at room's balcony. It was nice but the breakfast plate was not very rich and the juices were not fresh. Coffee was tasty. A/C was not working efficiently.

Walking distance to ubud center, staff were polite and it was quiet despite being near to a lot of shops. Bed was comfortable and shower water was hot. Breakfast was served in our balcony (which we had to choose from a menu the day before). They also kindly gave us a breakfast box at 3am before we headed out to mount batur. Overall, a good stay.
We had an issue with the shower which caused the water to overflow but the staff rectified it once informed. Cleanliness of the room could be improved more and a waste paper basket in the room would be appreciated. There is no direct access to the place via car. Both our drivers got lost and its bit of a walking distance on foot which may make luggage carrying difficult. Luckily the staff helped us with that but probably call the place beforehand to inform that you'll be arriving soon.

closeness to a lot of great restaurants and town centre .

small, only 7 rooms in attractive setting; large rooms, bathroom & verandah overlooking pool; 4 mins walk from main Ubud road; no cafe or restaurant but they provide simple but tasty food on verandah.
my room needed bedside lights, hand towel & basin towel rail

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and believe me, I've stayed at some pretty deadly ones when I was younger.
The location is good, if you don't mind the short sleep walk up the slope from the main road ( the car cannot take you the last 200m )
Where to start?!
The most horrible thing about this place is that a rat went over me at 3 am at night and I just can't get that out of my mind. I came here from the beautiful Korura Dijiwa hotel to spend my last night in Bali in the center of the town - worst decision ever! The room is smallish ( and after the KD experience this was a huge come down), has no character as such, curtains are a dreary pale peach colour which don't block sunlight and the 'rice paddy' view was a depressing one of a swamp.
The bathroom is big and well equipped but the bathtub wasn't comfortable to sit or lie in. Weird shape.
There is no restaurant in this hotel but you can order from a menu and they get the food to your room in 30minutes. The vegan food I ordered was bad.
Ok - coming to the worst part, something which completely spoiled my last day in Bali - the RAT. I woke up suddenly at night hearing some slight noise. I turned to switch on the light next to my bed and to my utter horror, I saw a rat run over my chest across the bed and then down to the floor. I couldn't sleep after that - kept the light on throughout. I complained to the front desk at 7 am, they said they'd check but informed me later that they didn't find any rat. Thankfully I was booked here for only one night, and I stayed out of the room the rest of the day.
This hotel had charged me and extra half day rate because I'd asked for a late check out at 4 pm. After the rat incident they didn't even have the courtesy offer a refund. Very disappointing. I'm still trying to erase that fleeting image of a rat scurrying over me :(

Property was clean and spacious.
The location was hard to find and it’s a bit far from the main road.
