La camera era grande e pulita lo staff gentile posizione comoda e con parcheggio gratuito
4.1
- excellent location next to the ski lift
- great price with breakfast included
- comfortable beds
- room is cleaned daily
- helpful staff
- we stayed at room 303 (the attic) the shower had a leak
- little stuff should be fixed in the room but you get what you pay for, can’t complain for the price
4.1
Best value for money Hotel I have been in a long time. You can see the ski lift from the window, comfy rooms, clean beds, room cleaning every day, and very nice breakfast.
The hotel is an old style mountain hotel so it has some patina. But it made my stay probably even more "climatic"
Maybe dryers for ski boots in the ski room would be nice. And maybe more hot options for breakfast- scrambled eggs, sausages, fried eggs etc.
4.1
Very good
It would be better to get warm dishes for breakfast
4.1
location is great close to the lift, very friendly and helpful staff
4.1
location close to lift, helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable clean room
noise travels through the hotel easily.
4.1
Buffet breakfast was very good. Ski in and ski out hotel right to the steps to the ski store.
Would have liked better coffee at breakfast. Very few restaurants in town to choose from but we did find a great bar (50m away) and restaurant (100m away) from the Hotel.
4.1
It's location. Right at the end of a ski run with a bar and restaurant nearby. Less tourists so less rush.
The staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and couldn't do enough, although an iron and ironing board wouldn't have gone amiss !!!
The hotel, as authentic as it is, could certainly do with a makeover. Its a little dated with old fixtures and fittings. But overall a comfy bed awaits the weary traveller.
Breakfast- time to add a bit of spice to the menu methinks. The same easy Italian breakfast every morning is fine but remember the palate can only take so much boiled egg, etc etc
4.1
The hotel is 20 m from Punta Jolanda ski lift so this is very convenient, staff is also very kind and doing it's best , breakfast is good.
Rooms are kind of small and a bit worn out. Wi-fi is good. Bathrooms are ok. It has elevator and ski room.
It also have parking so no problem with that.
No fridge in the rooms.

Good location, good breafast. Friendly staff
4.1
Great location - Gressoney La Trinite is the most practical base in the area and hotel is right by ski lift and rental shop. The staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.
Could do with a kettle in the rooms.
4.1
Perfectly fine 3 star hotel with friendly staff, more than sufficient breakfast with decent variety for the standard of property, the availability of the sauna ( 10€pp for one hour) was welcomed after a hard day's skiing. Room 302 has separate sleeping area and balcony overlooking chairlift and run home. Bathroom small but hot water supply excellent and very warm. Cosy bar and seating area too, location for skiing could not be better! Super friendly and helpful staff too. Ideal hotel for a great ski stay.
Wifi wasnt brilliant but I dont really need it for a ski week
4.1
very good breakfast and kind waitress
everything was old and in need of remodeling . The carpet on the 2nd floor worn out and not clean (because it was too old ). On the 1st floor the carpet had probably been removed but the hardwood floor needed to be polished. The room was clean but not welcoming such as the entire facility.
4.1
A very good 3-star hotel: the room was comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and very helpful and they had a very generous breakfast.
Nothing
4.1
Nice hotel. Good value for money
Rooms with view not worth paying extra for
4.1
Breakfast was good, but due to Covid they served people individually and this caused queues, needed more staff
4.1
location
had to ask for hotter water for shower & had to have breakfast “picked” (due to pandemic, we know, but it was not ideal) & felt it was not all necessary
4.1
The breakfast service was odd and slow but this is because of Covid - breakfast was ok but hotel was great value so no complaints. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but the photos show this so we were expecting it and it was good value so again no complaints. It was very clean and in a great location with the lift just outside. There is a ski shop 2 mins away and a lovely bar with a bigger bar round the corner and enough good restaurants in walking distance for the week. Sarah on reception was super helpful!
Faster breakfast service with more hot variety - when everyone is hitting the slopes at a similar time it was a bit frustrating to have to wait to get every Little thing for breakfast.
4.1
location was excellent
4.1
Perfect and close to ski lift

It was organized accordingly to COVID 19, so it made a natural limitation. No warm dishes like scrample egg / bacon, but it was ok.
It was dissapointing that there was no gym (running treadmill) and it was hard to get access to the spa (children not allowed and only against payment).
4.1
In the hotel was really cold, especially in the room. When we arrived there were not towels in our room but the worst thing is that the water in the shower was cold.
The breakfast was quite sad, not many choices and there were basically no gluten free choices.
4.1
The breakfast is simple but very good.
The location is great for those who plan on skiing, provided the tracks are open.
The town is cosy and the view is awesome.
The hot beverages at breakfast were never hot enough, only a bit warm, we tried coffee-milk, black coffee and hot chocolate.
4.1
Super friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our request!
4.1
Unfriendly welcome by the receptionist who (besides asking for our IDs) was not really a source of joy and feel-good.
The triple rooms are tiny, they need renovation , but otherwise OK-ish for €60/Pax
4.1
Amazing breakfast. Great value for money
Double bed with 4 pillows. Great a full day of mountain running ;-)
Hair dryer wasn’t working
