La vista
Troppo cara rispetto a quello che offre. Non c’è pulizia giornaliera

The location, the phantastic view, free parking, good wifi, very friendly staff, possibility to buy/order fresh bread to take out at the bar. Sunday morning friut/veggie market in the holiday village, the garden terrace, the many chairs to enjoy the view. Nice playground for younger kids. Mostly italian tourists (mid July). We would book again if we wanted to spend more time in the region.
The indoor pool costs extra, 13 EUR for an adult, 8 EUR for a child. Should be included or much cheaper for what it offers (detail: water should be 1 or 2 degrees warmer). The toilet in the mountain chalet is placed in the very corner so one has to squeeze in, while next to it there is endless space for the bidet, classic bad planning. The bed was rather hard. The restaurant is rather pricy.

the view was amazing, the room was clean and tidy for a quick getaway
some things were a little unclear such as having to book breakfast and the restaurant was not open only for takeaway. lucky we had a car so went out for dinner in another towns. it would have been nice for a sit down dinner but we didn’t mind going out.

Great location
No cleaning staff attended our cottage for the whole 10 days period. Bed sheets were not exchanged during this period even if we requested new ones.

The only thing that is perfect is the view and definetely it is a must to have a self catered room because there s a 20min drive to find the first store.
Had different thoughts on this we rented a superior maisonette. Even though we visited during the month of February it was extremely hot upstairs, during the day forget it to stay upstairs resting a bit, let alone in Summer days. Terrible curtains the sun rises right from the glass found infront of the bed and the sun hits you right through. With the money we paid Ive expected better definetely, I felt we were in an aquarium and the cleanliness is not top notch either. Im sorry but wont visit again

Beautiful place, nice spa and good reception.
The room is very original style.
There was a fly infestation hidden in one of the windows, when I open it, suddenly around 30 flies entered the room just before we go to bed. More than 200 flies were there, I closed the window instantly, but we stayed killing flies for 20 minutes to clean the room and removing them from the bed and carpet floor, we took more time. A very stressful situation and a poor experience for a 1-night stay.
On the next day, we inform about this at check-out, and they just acknowledge but they don't seek any compensation or at least any attitude of concern.

The place is like a fairy tale. Great for kids. The huts are excepcional with all the required equipment and facilities. The view is superb.
Not much to point. The bar could be open for a little longer at night.

Nice little house/hut with an amazing view. Good beds and shower, although the warm water is limited. Very quiet surroundings. People are very friendly and very helpful. Not too many foreigners, mainly Italians which we liked to give you the best holidayfeeling. Good breadservice available with pre reservation. We will come back most likely despite the price, because it is worth it
It is quite remote and high on the mountain but that makes it so quiet. Near the house not so many bugs but as soon as you walk into the field a lot of flies and crickets or grasshoppers. The pictures show a pool but it is a wellness center for which you have to pay considerably, even if you just want to swim a bit. Many cats indeed but they did not bother us. There are farms around with cows which for us was nice but expect the beautiful mowing of the cows, cowbells and ticking waters prayers in the summer.

Authentic place, run by incredibly friendly people, in the middle of nature. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Alps. A nice wellness centre, a playpark for the kids and an excellent restaurant. Bungalows that are spacious, clean, and that offer a breathtaking view. Still, the best thing about Dalai Lama Village is the family running the place, and their staff. They literally put a smile on our kids’ faces every time they saw them, we even celebrated their son’s birthday with them who happened to give a little party in the bar.
Nothing big really. Some wineglasses would have been nice maybe. The place is mostly visited by regular guests, with their own caravan. The bungalows we stayed in are for rent. But don’t let that distract you, the fact that it’s mostly Italians at the resort is a good sign! If you are looking for an 5* all-inclusive hotel experience this is not for you. This place is about authenticity, nature, tranquility and good food.

A quirky, special place with wonderful views of the mountains. Good leisure facilities and a good on-site restaurant. It's worth paying extra for the room with the best view.

Location was good about 10 miles to the mountain we were going to. the place was situated up on a mountain like many places , not for the faint at heart but beautiful
They charged for Breakfast and pool use although the staff was nice it seemed tacky to us but a great little kitchen for making our own.
