OK to sleep at during an extended layover.
The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. Although located next to a busy street, once you closed the windows the sound was isolated pretty well.
Entrance to the hotel was through the unstaffed parking structure which is dark and just gives off a bad vibe knowing that someone could be hiding in there and you wouldn't know it.

The housekeeping and assistance staff are the best in the entire state, hands down.
The housekeeping and assistance staff were phenomenal. Extremely attentive, kind, compassionate, and not one thing neglected for me or for my room the entire stay. They looked after my well-being and made sure I always had clean towels, which was super important after surgery. Walmart and some other stores are about $100pesos taxi trip away, Coyoacán and many other interesting and exciting neighborhoods (even City Center) about $400-$500. It is a truly gorgeous city with many old neighborhoods filled with amazing architecture, sculptures, relaxing parks, awesome food, and very friendly people. If you want authentic Japanese sushi go straight to Makoto! Some of the best I’ve had in the world! Mercado de Coyoacán is a MUST for authentic Mexican and prehispanic culture and cuisine! If you plan to visit museums check online first if there are tickets available, many don’t allow ticket sales in person and can often be sold out the same day.
Wifi was awful but compared to other places in the city it’s acceptable. Not a fan of the food in the restaurant. Accessibility, the restaurant staff, the cleanliness, and the basics like juice and ice are really really good. But it comes at a heavy cost that any quality is completely lost in what tasted and seemed like a total lack of cooking experience. I don’t know which region cold, raw, uncooked enchiladas come from but having received them here made me never want to visit that place. The food may even look beautiful at times but often it was inedible and very overpriced especially for what was delivered. The neighborhood is also pretty boring without even a taco stand or other restaurants around or within walking distance. If staying here definitely get used to taking taxis out of the neighborhood or having food brought to you.

Horroble mattress, nice clean room
The property is very nice and clean. close to where we needed. Nice size TV
The bed was incredibly hard. We had a hard sleeping on it and we prefer a firm bed. We also had no refrigerator or microwave which would make the room much better. there is nowhere to keep drinks cool and reheat food when it arrives cold from UberEats. The WiFi also didn’t work for most of our stay. That’s unacceptable when you are trying to use your laptop

Very nice place to stay and relax
We recently staying in a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and clean with a jacuzzi. It was a great place to relax to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the resturant was excellent. Parking is avalable under the hotel. All and all it was a plesant stay and would stay here again
Be aware that the staff does not habla English. The only two drawbacks to the hotel is it is on a one way street so you may need GPS to locate the hotel and it is not adviseable for people not to walk the neighborhood after dark.
