Breakfast
9.0
- Amazing breakfast buffet, especially the fruit assortment (really one of the best fruit buffets I've ever seen)
- really friendly staff, from reception, to bell boys, cleaning lady, restaurant staff
- good location, 100m from Monumento a la Revolución and a block away from Paseo de la Reforma (near the Glorieta de las Mujeres que Luchan)
- complimentary parking
- Shower could be better: hard to control the temperature (mostly way too hot) and not a lot of water
- Air co: a bit hard to adjust and a bit too noisy
- We stayed at Hotel Casa Blanca twice in 2 weeks; first stay the room was large and spacious; in the second, the rooms were rather small
- there's a swimming pool, but even in a really hot day, the water was way too cold for a swim :-(

Very good location.

It was an alright location, 10 min walk to the beach and a quick taxi to all of the other areas in Puerto Escondido. I think next time we'd probably choose something with a better walking score though! Great locale if you're driving or scootering though. All very fine.
No towels or extra toilet paper were provided in the room. Felt like we had to ask for every little thing. No English at the reception which is fine since I know a decent amount of Spanish but not sure how anyone without that would get by!

Bellhop, comfy beds and pillows, breakfast!
Very busy area, not many options to walk to for healthy food.

Very clean. Modern, bright rooms with wood vs carpet. Very nice helpful staff. Across the street from Metrobus stop.
Street noise.

Good location
No pool available and construction noise outside was loud. The light switches turn off random light bulbs in the room and sometimes would turn off the TV too. It made no logical sense.

I never leave reviews but I’m surprised by the good reviews this hotel has got, as it wasn’t my experience.
The bed was very uncomfortable with a hard and lumpy mattress, two flat pillows and a duvet made from a hard material (felt almost like a yoga mat?) so I didn’t sleep well.
A member of staff walked into my room in the morning and woke me up, and I received several phone calls asking me to check out (even though I’d paid for two nights) as well as another staff member knocking on my room at night.
I would not recommend this hotel, my experience was uncomfortable and intrusive.

This is a great value for money hotel, nice clean rooms, professional and friendly staff always happy to help, and excellent location, very safe to walk around the area and the historical centre. I actually stayed three times during my holiday in Mexico as I really enjoyed my stay there in the first place and I am so grateful the reception and reservation departments assisted with my bookings. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was great, that's why I chose to stay there in all my visits to the city.

bedrooms had been recently refurbished, the location and the beds were comfy :)
The breakfast was terrible. The noise insulation between rooms, you could hear the next room sneezes and conversations.

The bed was god!
The breakfast was not good in the buffet
6.0
The location, staff, cleanliness.
The cost, the tiny room, lack of hot water in the shower.
8.0
The room was very nice as were all the facilities, The bathroom was adequately wheelchair accessible with bars and a fixed seat in the shower. The breakfast was very good indeed. All staff were excellent, especially on reception and when we talked with Mr Ramirez.
There was an earthquake while we were n the hotel and our room was on the third floor. The evacuation steps do not have ramps.
However, there is a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor, and although there are not ramps, this is maybe feasible in this situation.
In general, and as often in Mexico, wheelchairs ramps are at much too steep an angle,

Nice comfy bed, good location, very clean and friendly staff with a great luggage storage service
The shower was very weak, the Internet wasn't very strong
