Fabulous hotel in Jerusalem, very nice breakfast. Beautiful room with balcony, nice comfy bed. Very central location to public transport and walking distance to the old city .
4.1
The location is perfect for touring all around the old city, the market and the shops. So close to the tram line is a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive.
The fact that it was 3 bedrooms were a stretch. It’s a tight space. One of the showers was not working well, leaked everywhere and took forever to get warm. Shower doors were falling off the wall. Having huge propaganda stickers in each room was also not a comfortable feeling. It’s also time to upgrade the keys. Too bulky to walk around with 3 keys and key chains.

Excellent hotel with nice modern rooms. Staff was exceptional and really made us feel at home and comfortable there.
We liked everything

Location is 10/10. Courteous staff. We loved the layout of the room and view of King George St & Jaffa is very nice. Highly recommended.
Everything was good

Location is very good, close to the old city. Jaffo street is great, no cars and many shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and even the pillows are great.
Parking is 5 min walk from hotel, the unit was not very clean.

We could not have asked for a better location for enjoying Jerusalem’s city center. The staff was so nice- they upgraded us to a larger unit with a kitchen area and large balcony which we truly appreciated. The owners have clearly put care into renovating the building and it is very cute decor inside.
Two small complaints-
This is not too unusual for Israel but the bathroom shower needs better seal around the floor or glass door so water does not get everywhere. The building is older and obviously a lot of upgrades but this was the one negative inside the room.
the buildings on the side of the hotel next to our large balcony are basically an eyesore which was disappointing view but not the fault of the owners obviously. Hopefully those properties will be upgraded someday soon in this lively area!

I've been to many hotels in Jerusalem in the past, this one was the best I was ever in, great service, decent rooms and a beautiful view on Jaffa street

I enjoyed home style breakfasts. A lot of delicious salads, spices, different kinds of coffee and tea, delicious cookies and fruits. At least one hot dish during breakfast.
I personally prefer the breakfast to start earlier than at 8.00 am. I suggest that Paamonim should give discount to multi- times clients.😊

Well located for visiting the old city, comfortable room with a microwave and small fridge, water pressure was good. Staff was friendly and we had no issues with the hotel.

Breakfast was nicer than expected for a Shabbat .
Manager was nice, talked to all the guests.
Lots of noise in the hall by the elevators. Kids playing ball in the reception area Saturday morning.
The shower stall has a shampoo soap wall dispenser, no real toiletries.
Only one shower towel and one hand towel per person. No Nespresso type coffee. Only 1 330cl bottle of water in the room for 2 guests.

The location is excellent, few minutes from the Old City. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing!
The room was basic and despite of the size of the room there was unsufficient storage place, for example for the suitcase. No sound proof, you could hear the voice of the neighbours. The bed had an old and stained mattrass and the bathroom was very small. In the kitchenette there were no equipment except 2 plates.

Beautiful room, perfect location right on a main street and across from a delicious bakery

Staff have been extremely kind and available for every little thing — Olivia deserves a special mention, as she even took upon herself the task to reserve us a shuttle to the airport during Shabbat!

excellent breakfast, good location, spacious rooms

I like that it’s close to everything, buses, tram, shopping, restaurants, bakery.
Love the breakfast,
Room was leaking water from the ceiling, receptionist told me, he can’t do anything but give me a towel to put in the floor, don’t like that one of the receptionist was checking the restaurant..!

The staff and the location was perfect.
The overspill of water in the shower was not good.

Managers were so great, friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the center of the city, but it was pretty quiet in the room. Breakfast was good, not ideal, but acceptable. The water in the shower was good - cold and hot, air conditioner air worked as it should - it is important in winter in Jerusalem.
I wish the room was cleaner. Tired towels, dirty floor. There was no toothpaste in the hygienic set.
4.1
Great location by a tram stop and close to the market. good selection of food for breakfast
Shower is pretty smalls

Location is excellent. Area is very walkable, also to the Old City. Lots of food choices in the area. Very good public transport.
Rooms are well insulated.
The staff is very friendly, kind and amazingly knowledgeable regarding tours and tourism and booking needs, really an example to all hotels.
4.1
The cleaning service of the room. and the friendly atmosphere of Mr. Tsali and other staff members.
