convenient, clean, close to marina, would stay again.

Clean room, quiet location, close to the marina.

Staff in restaurant were a bit rude and the breakfast orders were incorrect.

Great location, friendly staff, great facilities- just needs a good clean & refresh

Great location, 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, very close to the pool and across the road from Denarau Marina. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The apartment needed maintenance. Lights not working or broken, no tv remote in bedroom, alot of soap scum on tiles in bathrooms, alot of mould & grime buildup in bathrooms, oven not cleaned, walls & doors were pretty grubby with finger marks. Just needs a good clean & refresh.

Great stay, great location.

Loved the pool and the restaurant.

Rooms not sound proof. Could hear conversations outside the windows and other rooms door closing kept waking the children.

Good location for a short stay.

Pleasant room,clean and on the top floor. Easy access via a lift. After spending a week on the coral coast we were spending the last 3 days exploring Denarau so location was perfect.

The overall room size was good but a little odd with 2 queen beds pushed together and there was no room to separate them.

Roomy and comfortable accommodation

Very roomy, 2 bedroom apartment-style hotel with plenty of kitchen ware, comfy beds and two showers. The reception staff was very kind, too! We didn't need the washer and dryer but it could be very handy. Great value for the area and price. Awesome location if you are coming or going to the islands; we literally walked across the street after our ferry at Port Denaru. The pool was small but we enjoyed cooling off, and the hotel was very accommodating & let us stay on property after our checkout, as we had a later flight home. Recommended

Great local spot to everything needed

Was perfect place for what we needed to do. Bula bus if we didn't want to walk, but close to Sails restaurant & shopping centre. Pool lovely to cool off in & while not huge, it was still lovely. Staff super friendly & room huge.

It was an excellent stay, but had to change the Hotel because non-availability of room.

The location is perfect with major facilities, food, shopping etc near by. Room also very good as an apartment. No further comments.

Perfect for our needs

Location was near the marina, it was clean, reception was staffed 24 hours, there was a gym and checkout wasn’t until 11am

Spacious Room & in a great location. Walking distance to the port and shops.

Rooms are very spacious. Shower pressure is the absolute best. Great Location. Staff friendly. Highly Recommend.

No TV Channels. Lucky to get 1 channel that might work.

Superb convenient location and top notch apartments

We had a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was spacious and modern. The patio led out onto a tropical garden setting a few steps from the pool. We chose the Palms because of its proximity to Port Denerau marina, ferries, shops and restaurants. It's a quick 1-minute walk across a car park to the marina. We were perfectly positioned for our 9am ferry trip to the Yasawa islands, we didn't need to get up early to catch a shuttle and could enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The hotel cafe was great. We were impressed by the friendly service, food options and peaceful setting. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for a few days at either end of your trip to the outer islands, or it would be a good base if you wanted to do lots of day trip activities from the marina.

Overall an enjoyable 3 nights stay and would happily stay there again, albeit on an upper floor.

Location was great. Very close to Port Denarau without the noise and bustle of the port but very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Nice spacious rooms, well serviced and clean. Staff were helpful and allowed us early check in and free bag storage whilst we were away on a cruise.

First room we stayed in was ground floor with quite a lot of noisy foot traffic passed our window, many with suitcases on rollers and late in the evening. Also each unit has 2 entry doors which are extremely loud when they bang shut, so if your neighbour comes in late in the evening you can be woken with a start when the doors slam shut!

The Palms Denauru. Excellent location

Being so close to Port Denauru was very convenient for us. The pool was great as was the cafe/restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Just an over night stay but so convenient to catch the ferry to islands

The Palms is a great place to stay especially if heading to the islands as a short walk to the Marina.

A very comfortable stay, close to all ammenities.

We chose the property for its proximity to the port at Denarau. We wanted to be able to walk around the port shops and then take the ferry the next morning.

Superb

The room was really spacious, it was nice to have a separate bedroom and living area. It was comfortable to stay in, the bed was big and comfy. The apartments are right across the road from the marina, so you don't need to get the Bula bus to get around which is nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a lot of stuff in the kitchen if you wanted to self cater, but you can get by. The dish drawer could do with a clean. If you're planning on doing a lot of sitting by the pool, this isn't really the place for you. The pool is smaller than a lot of other places, and only has a few loungers. However it's also not as busy.

leaking shower, towels missing. Aircon if on with doors open the floor would be flooded due to humidity never experienced in any island place food was unavailable early

Close to the Harbour..Close to restaurants and great shopping. Coffee bar was nice and the pool area was exceptional.
