Top quality

The location is great. Not in the middle of town but close enough. The room was insane. So gorgeous, modern and yet stylish. Sauna and Spa top notch.

I was not able to figure out Netflix even though the remote had a Netflix button.

Good size room . Excellent shower with jacuzzi bath Good air con .staff very pleasant . Laundry room excellent Good parking on site .

Location not great for restaurants. Need transport to improve options .

הצוות ניסה כמיטב יכולתו. בכלל החווייה ביפן זה שהם יוצאים מגדרם כדי לעזור. יש כורסת מסאז מפנקת, המים במקלחת בזרם עוצמתי וכייפי.

העיצוב מיושן והחדר דורש איורור מסיבי. היה צריך לישון עם חלון פתוח בשביל תחושת נשימה. מרוחק מאוד. התחבורה הציבורית לשם קשה.

Luxuriöses Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Sehr luxuriöses Zimmer mit Whirlpool und einen schönen Ausblick auf den Mount Fuji. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir mussten einen Koffer ersetzen und den defekten entsorgen, die sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption war uns dabei eine große Hilfe. Nochmals danke dafür. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt und ist am besten mit dem Taxi vom Busbahnhof oder Bahnhof zu erreichen. Das haben wir bei der Anreise unterschätzt. Bei der Abreise hatten wir ein Taxi und alles lief reibungslos. Die Lage hat auch einen Vorteil, gleich ein Stück den Berg hoch ist ein großer Tempel mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Fuji.

ロビーには漫画や絵本が置いてあり、部屋にも持って行けて、お風呂も大きいしテレビでYouTubeも見られるので子供が凄い楽しんでいた

ガススト−ブがあった

加湿器が欲しかった(要求すれば貸し出し用があったと思うが) ポット使用時のコンセントが使い易い位置に無い(コ−ドが短い)

Charming & retro aesthetic but still modern, spacious, & comfortable.

The hotel kindly allowed me to check in a bit early and upgraded me automatically as there were few other guests. It was a lovely surprise.

No sheets or thinner blankets, just one thick comforter on each bed.

コスパ良し！設備良し！最高でした。

ラブホテルをビジネスホテル風に改装されたからか、名残はありましたが、いやらしさみたいなものは一切なく、部屋には電子レンジやウォーターサーバーもあり、お風呂もめちゃくちゃ広くて大満足でした。ロビーには子供向けの本もあり、家族連れにもおすすめです。スタッフの方もめちゃくちゃ丁寧でした！リピ確定です。

個人的には、あまりありませんでしたが、強いていうなら貸切風呂のミストサウナ装置がカビ臭かったです。

ラブホテルから観光客向けのモーテルになった使用でした。

加湿の為にお風呂場を開けたら、クロスと天井が朝びしょぬれで雨漏りしているのかと思った。カビだらけになりそうで逆に心配でした。

部屋にウォータ-サ-バ-があったが、突然ボコン、ボコンと音が出るので、部屋の外側(洗面台の方とか)に置いたほうがいいと思う

I wish the hotel stated the onsen (bath) is only regular water instead of hot spring.

We are expecting natural hot spring bath at the hotel but was told there is none. Totally disappointed. I could have stayed at other hotels with cheaper prices

Hidden gem

The inside was gorgeous and the room.was huge! Very traditional.japanese and couldn't have asked for something better. Only downside is it's a little bit far out of the main area of gotemba. 30 minute, walk from the train station so totally doable

Great Stay

The room is spacious and we were able to walk from Hotel to Tomei Gotemba station to take shuttle service to Premium outlet.

Road lamps are minimial and is was quite dark when we walked back from the station to the hotel.

Very beautiful area, I couldn't have had a better stay.

The room floors! Wonderful shower and bath.

Booking.com mentioned a billiards table, If there was one, I couldn't find it.

It was a comfortable stay away from city hustle and bustle.

Room was spacious and comfortable with table and chairs as well. There are nice green spaces around the area from which Mt Fuji can be seen.

The hotel is located a bit away from Gotemba city center and station, but still central enough if you don’t mind a few minutes walk to the next bus station or supermarket. The room is very comfortable and clean with spacious bathtub and offers everything else you need.

Like a little New Orleans

The place is gorgeous as it used to be a love Hotel. The rooms are luxurious and pretty much every room has a jacuzzi in it.

It's not the easiest place in the world to get to if you don't have a car.

Great quite place, will stay again if in the area.

Rooms were larger than we expected, especially in Japan. Large bathroom with jacuzzi and free parking is also a bonus. Though they don't offer breakfast but a McDonald's is less than 2km away.

The sink was in the room, I prefer to it in bathroom or toilet.
