Absolutely nothing!*!*! Apart from leaving
Everything!
From the filthy hallway, to the shabby & disgusting rooms. Dirty toilet. Dodgy electrics. Rude owner. Horrendous doesn’t even explain it.
I checked in at 8pm. From 10pm a couple in another room we’re fighting and screaming ALL night until 6am. Dragging each other up the hallways. Trying to throw each other down the stairs. Knocking on everyone else’s door, screaming for help and smashing the place up.
Then at 930am after only having less than 3hours sleep. The owner was then banging on my door, telling me I had caused damage in his property as the couple in question told him it was my room and obviously denied it was them!!! Demanding me to pack my things and he marched me out onto the streets!
He wouldn’t let me get a word in over him screaming and swearing at me. Another gentleman in a different room even spoke to the lady (who was fighting on the night) as he offered to call her an ambulance after she was banging his door, but the owner wouldn’t speak to him and just screamed at me I was lying. I also told him to check his cameras. He said he had and had seen it was me. This was clearly a lie so I’m assuming the cameras dont work!
I have honestly never ever known anything like it in my whole life. I would avoid at ALLL costs!!!!
There is no food. No breakfast. No entertainment or restaurant as it’s shut down. The place is full of drug addicts, alcoholics and prostitutes (no joke)

Very cheap
Very basic and staff at door was very rude my wife was on phone asking for code to get in and a staff member took my wife's phone without permission so he could chat with his boss gave the phone back to my wife and didn't say a word he thought it was normal but if u can ignore the staff no one bothers you most of smoke detectors ate covered with plastic bags or paper mashy so no problems smoking fags and spliffs

10 minute walk to Queens Hall venue. Clean and fresh.
It was a bit tatty and could do with a refurb but you get what you pay for. It didn't bother us. Just wanted a bed for the night.

I didn’t have any, l didn’t see the guest welcome to the restaurant and bars until late Monday afternoon.
The front was unrecognisable as a hotel, just looked the doors to 3 separate houses, when l eventually found it during the thunderstorm, l got soaked wait for some response to my loud knocking as the bell l was meant to push was just two bare wires, l was then left standing outside while my booking was verified. When l asked about parking the reply was anywhere without yellow lines. I departed at 2.30 Tues as I could not get to sleep when l woke up

The place is crap completely. The services was very poor, the rooms are below par and the heating system is zero.
They need to overhaul the place. It's so messed up. I paid for two nights but ended up spending only one night. I had to check into another hotel and forfeited my money.

Location
Wouldn’t recommend at all. Looks nothing like the photos, It’s very old and grubby. You have to call a number at the door who will then give you a code to get in the main door. And then another code which released the room key. The room smells damp. (Our clothes stunk in the short space of time) There’s no heating just a small plug In radiator. Damp bedding. Dirty bathroom, peeling walls. nail clippings left in the bin. We didn’t even sleep here, we couldn’t do it. It’s more like a grimy hostel. A tent is better than this place. Avoid!

not much sound deadening between rooms. had to endure a three hour marital from the room next door. one of them stomped off down the corridor banging doors and the sound seemed to magnified by the building.

No breakfast available as looking through window to restaurant it was in state of dereliction. No staff on hand, had to ring mobile number for key pad code to get in, front door and was a problem closing it securely. Suggest it is taken off Bookings.com
