Amazing room, breakfast and espresso

Amazing, clean and comfortable room. Italian breakfast and superb espresso.

Location is not the best but can be manageable with walk or a taxi to Licola train station if you want to go to Napoli.

I enjoyed my stay, The staff were great. Will come back.

The staff were exceptionally kind and caring. The newly renovated rooms were very nice and spacious The hotel was only 500m from the beach front. The staff had plenty of good recommendations as to where to eat, mainly pizzerias and one restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. For more options, a car is required. A pick-up and drop of service is offered. Carmela (the driver) is wonderful and a careful driver.

Not all the rooms were newly furbished, but this was clear from the photos on booking.com.

The facility was beautiful, and the room was well beyond my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, and I have no complaints.

Very little to say here, but there's not a whole lot really nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was minimal, but absolutely good enough. Bottom line, I'd definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel for staying in my trip. Close to the beach and perfect for our business stay

Was known, that the hotel had only a continental breakfast. So no problem.

The hotel is not clients friendly ! The service is just zero. Complete lack of service. The customer is always wrong! Always !

The hotel is not clients friendly ! The service is just zero. Complete lack of service. The customer is always wrong! Always ! I will describe 3 cases: 1.Danger: Can’t leave the keys at the reception for cleaning because they open all rooms on the floor but clean only one after the others. So, all doors are open and anyone can come and steal things from the room. Rooms are left open during a couple of hours without the cleaner being in the room we have decided not to leave the key as we don’t want things to be robbed. It’s dangerous and not correct. Also there is renovation in the hotel ( strange that during the hot season), therefore there are people from outside the hotel . If something will be stolen , who is responsible? 2.Sand in the bed : we came for the first night and !! Find sand in the bed. And no wash products, so, the cleaning ladies did not clean the room yet or forgot about the bed. We tried to explain this to the reception but they say that it’s not true even if she touched bed herself and felt the sand. Crazy! 3.Swimming pool . We wanted to move our sun umbrella to be in the shade, the woman started yelling at us saying that we are not allowed to touch them. Another time we wanted to lie down on a sun bed near the pool, another woman working at the hotel began to shout (scream loudly) that we can’t, this is for hotel customers !!! but we are the customers of the hotel !! then another said, yes, there was a mistake. In 30 years of travel, we have never met such a miserable and disgusting service in our lives. Did not even imagine that you can scream at a clients of the hotel. The villa of the hotel owner stay just next door near the hotel, pool is between. They consider the hotel as their 2nd home, their kids and friends are always in the pool. They don’t care that we are the guest and just want to spend nice holidays , without stress.

Beautiful & clean hotel in a great location.

What’s NOT to love about this place. We had one of the junior suites and it was beautiful! The room was very elegant and had a whirlpool/jacuzzi. The hotel staff were very pleasant and check-in/check-out was easy. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool, but we peeked in at the pool and it looked really fun. The location is close to Lido Varca D’Oro and many restaurants. 10/10 highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It’s not a “dislike” but more of a “keep-in-mind”, breakfast is from 0700-1000, typically my husband and I would choose to go to breakfast later to avoid the bulk of the crowd. We arrived in the breakfast area at 9:32 and was seated at 9:51. We enjoyed an espresso while we waited, but the dining area is small (6 tables with 4 chairs per table) and you had to wait for a table to become available. The breakfast is self serve, but really good, fresh pastries, blood orange juice, coffee services, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, toast, meat, cheeses, and spreads. So, don’t be alarmed by the wait, it’s worth it.

beds were not comfortable. Walls and doors were very thin, you could hear a lot. no view at all. and loud music in the swimming pool in the afternoon, I could t read.

There was no Bella vista - no view of anything except construction and noise!

very clean , lovely pool

It was under construction and VERY NOISY! constant drilling, banging and hammering. we were assured it would stop - it would for 5 minutes and then start up again. We ended up having to leave as we could not get rest and recover from our jet lag.

Good located and preferable hotel.

Hotel is good located and stuff was friendly and helpful as it should be. Clean and not crowded pool is very well. To conclude, it is preferable.

Our air contioner got out of order in the evening with a bad smell, since it was evening, they could not repair and could not meet my request to change our room because hotel was full. I can understand that and not big problem for me.

Lovely location, separate floor for “loving couples”.

At busy times, said “loving couples” were pretty loud next-door.

The hotel was definitely suitable for a work visit.

Room was spacious and the female staff were super friendly. WiFi in the room was good.

Breakfast was really poor and the dining area very small, just glad that the hotel wasn't busy. Redevelopment work meant that the hotel was noisy a lot of the time.
