Functional place for family

The parking … and the space of the room

It’s in a low maintenance, looks quite used . But all the rest was good . Very specious can fit to a family . Has small kitchen

A very clean, spacious and quiet apartment outside of old Siena.

A very clean, spacious and quiet aparment. There is a bus top that takes you to the train station or the old city.

Using the washing machine was unreasonably expensive.

Passable

The equipment is already older and worn out, you can't sleep on the sofa bed. The location is on a very busy street, the noise is audible. Electricity is out, without the help of staff it can not be resolved.

Clean and nice hotel

Hotel is clean, and communication is great. You can ask lady on reception everything you need, she is really helpful.

I do not recommend to accept hotel's recommendation for restaurant which is next door to hotel. We arrived late with kids and wanted to eat something so we asked receptionist for recommendation, she suggest to us trattoria door next to hotel, but food is weird (not tipical Italian), portions are small, and it was really expensive. Also, it was weekend and restaurant was totally empty - we were the only one.

Magnificent apartment

New, modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Everything is great, the only thing missing is the button to turn off the air conditioner.

Location is very good. Quiet area in the city Not far from the historical part of the city Free parking at the hotel Confortable beds and good bathroom size Kind and warm host at reception

Nice personal.

Badly equipped kichen. Missing bigger pan, glasses for wine, there was just mini knife. All the time climatization was laud, even it was turn off. Acomodation offers apartment for 5 people, but sofa bed was very unconfy and extra bed was big joke. Small, very unconfy and when moving isnt right, it folded itself... definitely does not match the price

what you pay for what you get, can't expect too much

fine in terms of size, close to local bus station

with a open kitchen but without most of the necessary things to cook anything, just a pan and 2 bucket / kettles, not even oil. need to use soup kettle to boil water

comfortable stay at Siena

All the facilities are very comfortable. We definitely recommend this lovely apart hotel.

it’s very easy to go the old city area by bus but turning back should be by walk for 25 minute’s

Hotel has very good location, the building is new, apartman is clean and comfortable. Parking is righ in front of the entrance.

Upon arrival (around 10 pm), I tried to plug phone for charging and we immidiately lost eletricity in apartment. We were following instructions and called emergency phone number, they answered and told us that they will send someone, but they didnt. This caused us a lot of trouble because we were there with 2 little children without electricity until 10 am next day. What is the purpose of emergency phone number then?
