Location.
TV in the room attached to the wrong wall.
Breakfast had limited choice. Some grilled tomatoes would be a great addition, as would the availability of Wholemeal Bread and a decent Brown Sauce.

For our purposes the location was excellent. The accommodation, the food and service was first class. We had to leave each morning before the normal breakfast service time but the owner, Richard, provided us personally with an early cooked breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Definitely great value for money

The owners were extremely warm and welcoming - it was like a home from home. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.
Not all facilities available in the room as we had to ask for an iron but I’m just nitpicking as it is a pub room and the iron and board were brought up to us within minutes so it wasn’t a real issue.
