The complex of buildigs is really nice. The spa is beatifull. Staff were helpfull.
I got a different room than I booked on Booking, which was quite noisy from the kitchen. The room was just ordinary. The staff were helpful but I had to stay longer due to a problem with the Booking which should have been resolved earlier.
I was really disappointed with the spa because I only like the sauna above 85 degrees. The Russian sauna was not working and no one warned me about it when I entered. After my question, I found out that the Russian and Finnish are the same, but it is not true due to the sign on the door of saunas or the description on the website... The cooling pool wasn't cold enough so I couldn't get warm or cool enough.

Noise from air handling units persistent at night.

My room was clean and had everything which is usual for hotels or guest houses.
My room was located just above the kitchen so noise didn't stop from 6 in the morning till 12midnight.
The loud music from the courtyard and drunk people arguing also didn't help.
OVERALL, the guest house was noisy and if you are traveling for business or leisure I would advise to avoid it.

The hotel has many options for room styles. Old times' or super hip , the choice is yours. Located on a great spot. Walking distance from the center.
I did not like the fact that in the middle of the week there was a Romany (gypsy) weeding in the hotel, and no one warn us about it . Loud music and no parking for the guests of the hotel , I had to park on the street. Luckily the weeding music stopped at 12 am and the room had semi good sound isolation.

At first hotel looks nice and cosy. Parking is adequate, could be limited if hotel is full . Big lobby.Very good restaurant. Food and drinks were great but rather expensive. The waiter George is a star. Very kind and supportive. Probably the best member of staff.
Room was big and roomy but somehow chaotic. Also looks dark and badly need some refreshing. Carpet is very worn. Mattresses are uncomfortable. They are simply old, also worn . If you plan to stay in this hotel make sure you check if there is planned event or party in the restaurant. If so, be prepared for loud music until after midnight. It happened on my stay. And it was just Tuesday, beginning of the week, don't even want to imagine what could be at its end. When in the morning asked lady at the reception, she didn't even bother to apologise. Just were staring at her computer screen. Also my room was next to the kitchen,so I could hear all the kitchen noise. Thankfully wasn't busy time for the restaurant. Cold, uncomfortable bathroom. Aircon works, but you will need training how to have it on. But.. you will get what you're paying for!
