Ottima posizione, vicina al Santuario. L'alloggio non è enorme anche perché nella camera c'è un terzo letto che a noi non serviva, ma ha tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Pulito, ordinato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietari accoglienti, gentili e premurosi, in una sola parola fantastici. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Améliorez la qualité de vos chambres.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le prix des menus du déjeuner. Par contre, les sanitaires étaient en mauvais état. Un lavabo rouillé, une douche cabine sale ainsi que les WC. Je ne sais pas si toutes les chambres étaient pareilles, trop étroite.

Je pense qu'il faut revoir l'état des sanitaires et la lingerie

Staff hardly speaking English, There wasn't any iron to borrow. very basic continental breakfast

Great value for money

Very central, comfortable Breda and very cheap. Good breakfast for 5 euro.

The walls are very thin so you will definitely need ear plugs!

A great place to stay in Lourdes

The staff were very friendly. The manager is a nice man, very helpful. The location is good and the restaurant in the hotel was great. The room and the bed was comfortable.

I have no complaints. Me and my family had a very nice time here.

Perfect for a cheap one-nighter.

The location is on a main junction, so you're right in the heart of things. The room though small, was perfectly clean. The shower was excellent. Photo submitted is the view from our room (301).

The mattresses were a bit worn. They could have been worse and weren't completely uncomfortable, but they could do with being replaced.

the staff were fabulous and the beds were comfy. the views from the window were incredible, there was free nearby parking and the location was only 5 minutes walk from the churches

I wouldn’t have expected it for the price, but the only thing to really improve the stay would have been air conditioning in the room.

A pleasant stay!

Jean-Michel and the lady were very helpful. The restaurant downstairs had very good meals at reasonable prices. We checked-in late and were tired after a long drive. They were so kind to accommodate and offered us free beer with our dinner.

booked 2 x triple rooms and 1 double with upgraded double beds with parking but got 2 x double and single and 1 x double and single very basic did not get rooms booked and no parking as advertised and had to park in street not happy with that !!!!!

the beds weren’t the best, but still great value for the price, and the door to our bathroom was a bit stuck, but it didn’t change much either.

Nice place :)

- really close to the city, to the train station and bus station - personnel was very nice and helpful - rooms were cleaned everyday - we had 2 balconies facing the main street - (September) It was quite quiet overall The restaurant downstairs and the hotel is a family business

- old blanket on the bed (but bed itself was really comfortable) - the noise in the morning around 9:30/10:00 (cleaning lady and people leaving - you can hear everything)

Very good for the payed price

The food, the owner Jean Michel is very dynamic person and likes to feel welcome.

The room is a bit old and the floor is made from wood so, it cranks and bends a lot, but after the first minutes we forget :)

Very good

The location is fabulous. The room was spacious and warm. Parking during off season was extremely easy right outside the hotel.

The bathroom was not very well designed. I'm not sure a large, rotund person would be comfortable sqeezing in between the sink unit and shower to get to the toilet.
