Breakfast was good. Location was excellent
More fresh fruit at breakfast. More bar staff at night during busy times. Stood for 15 minutes at one side of the bar. Barman was aware of me there then told me I should queue at the other side. No notice to say where to queue.

Excellent location and a very clean and nice hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the sanctuary. Family Room was quite spacious even though there was no good view. Breakfast also quite good and staff are very friendly.
No complaints. Happy about the service . Will choose the same hotel next time and can recommend to all my friends.
8.0 / 10.0
The closeness to the sanctuary.
There were only 2 elevators. One goes until the 6th floor and the other one until the 7th. Our rooms were on the 7th floor. We were tired when we came in. We were a big group with large pieces of luggages. The elevator was busy and it took awhile before we can bring all of our luggage to our rooms. There was even one man, a guest using the elevator ( can’t even call him a gentleman) because he kept talking in an angry voice in a foreign language to us , indicating that we should not enter the elevator with the three of them. Why? Isn’t it an elevator for all guests???). We just ignored him and went on loading our luggage. He is so inconsiderate!

Location was good
The table d’hote menu for dinner was miserable. The soup was a few vegetables ( carrots, peas and assorted greens) boiled up in water. Main course was one slice of pork with a load of potatoes followed by a dessert of chocolate mousse. It was so little I could have offered better for less money. If you cannot offer a reasonable table d’hote menu you shouldn’t bother. After all you have a captive audience with thousands of pilgrims every year, Shame on you.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten if you are going on a piligrimage to the Lourdes Sancutary. It is literarally placed NEXT to the sanctuary. The food services are excellent and the staff very efficient and kind: they sorted out an unplesant incident at our arrival in an excellent way.
The terrace in the room should be cleaned from time to time.

Close to the church and restaurant
I was bitten by bed bugs . I was bitten all over my body and face. We complained and they change our room but I’m already miserable with bed bugs bite.

Friendly Staff, very helpful, central location next to major sanctuaries.
The windows don’t have night shade curtains but its ok its tolerable.
7.0 / 10.0
The location - just a quick hop from the sanctuary which makes it very accessible and convenient to pop in / out in-between activities.
The hotel - it’s a no-frills hotel; view it like an efficient and practical “business” accommodation with the agenda as the pilgrimage and being out of the room most of the day. It’s clean and has the basic amenities you need. It is also very elderly friendly (eg ramps and rails, wheelchairs, lifts, plastic stools in shower etc). Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived on the 720am train and left our bags in their storage room.
The twin standard room - small but still comfortable. Good air conditioning for summer. If you prefer softer mattresses, this is heaven. The comforter is so fluffy and cosy, as if a cloud to snuggle in. No issue with noise and had good sleeps. Each bed has its own small closet on the side, so we have our own storage space, which is really nice.
The bathroom - they have separated rooms for shower/sink and wc (which always makes me a little ocd over the cleanliness of the wc’s door handle :P). Shower room has ample hooks and racks, shower gel, a plastic stool too.
The bathroom - a lot of space in the shower room is taken up for a bidet, and they ended up installing a teeny shower cubicle (or more like a shower pod).
The breakfast - not much of a breakfast, truth be told. Gluten free bread/rice cake options are unappetizing. Would much rather eat out.

We like the cleaning service
We don't like pricing and toilet being separate to bathroom and it being small.
Toilet and bathroom is separate. Small bathroom. Uncomfortable quilt. Bad for family.
