Mega gute Lage, schöne Aussicht und gutes Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht

Lage perfekt, Ausblick mega, Zimmer Upgrade mit Blick auf Fluss und Basilika und Balkon, Dankeschön!!! Check-in und out unkompliziert und schnell. Gerne wieder!

Wasserdruck Dusche. Sonst alles super.

Recommendable and would return if occasion arises

The location of the hotel could not be better....just 2 minutes away from the main entry to the sanctuaries. Although we never had breakfast I assume it was very good as the restaurant/kitchen area smelt very nice in the morning.

The bedding and soundproofing of the rooms need to be improved; could hear every single action in adjacent bathrooms especially early morning.

It’s location.

The room for 3 people was extremely small. We had approximately 6 inches between the beds. You had to sit sideways on the toilet and bathroom door did not close.

Central hotel for a day in Lourdes.

It’s very central, with a very good breakfast. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Our room was very small, with a poor view as we were on the back side, although the room details said “room with mountain view”. We were only there for one night so we did not ask about this.

The best location to stop by in Lourdes with very nice staff.

Location was more than perfect! very nice and helpful staff, private parking, good breakfast. Rooms small but clean.

the hotel is good for an overnight or 2 night stay at most. room for 3 was very small. even hand carry bags couldn’t fit

The worst hotel that I have been too, will not recommend to others.

The close proximity to the shrine.

Some of the staff, especially the young miss at the front desk was abrasive and was not quick to assist you. I paid for the eggs for breakfast and it was burnt.

Excellent location! Lovely staff always warm and welcoming.

Excellent location! Beautiful view with outside seating area. My grandson and I walked everywhere!! Staff offered suggestions to ensure that we didn't miss anything. While we didn't speak French there was staff that spoke English and we never felt there was any language barrier. Staff was always warm and welcoming anytime we stepped into the lobby. Room was a twin room that was simple, clean and comfortable. No frills but was a great value for the money.

The hotel sits up on a hill providing a beautiful view which we loved. Our private transportation could not make the turn to take us up the hill. It wasn't an issue for me and my grandson but if you have walking difficulties and your private transportation can't make it up the hill that would be a problem. The hotel was very upset the driver didn't come up to pick us up so it may have been a driver issue.

Perfect location for the grotto and centre of the town. very clean and excellent shower in the room. Very comfortable bed and a total blackout shutter on the window.

Really struggling to find a negative but there is a bit of an incline walking to the entrance which could be challenging for older people with mobility issues. my mum is 79 though and she was fine with it.

Unbeatable location, super price, friendly staff

The staff were super friendly, helpful and we had some lovely chats with my limited French! It was simple, clean and just what I needed for a few nights’ stay. The location was the best aspect, just a few minutes walk from the sanctuary. And at such a good cost. Will definitely book again when I return to Lourdes.

Within walking distance to all the relevant sights, but it involves at least one steep climb.

The staff was kind and helpful when we didn't find the ramp to the hotel parking. They came outside to help us. The location was great for visiting Lourdes, but you need to expect hills and be able to walk these. Really nice of them to let us leave the car beyond check out time (10 am). We were allowed to stay until 12 noon because they were expecting many guests the next day.

The room was tiny, and from the past century. No AC, no fly screens. You could only get to the closet if you moved the bed. The shower was small and just as dated. Check out was at 10 am, but we were allowed to stay in the free parking until 12 noon.

View from room not great but it was the cheapest option, so OK with that.
