House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

East End Retreat was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Daniel and his wife were very friendly. We walked through a quaint neighborhood to a coffee shop that was recommended by Habitue. It's close to great restaurants and shops. I enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. My son's dog had surgery in Boise and the house was close to the clinic. It was a perfect place to stay while she recuperated for the night.

We only had the pleasure of staying one night in this fabulous house, but we wished we had more time to enjoy it.
We loved the color scheme and fun mid-century modern touches. And having the fenced front yard was great for our dog. She loved watching the world go by!
Close to everything yet quiet. We’d love to come back and explore some of the nearby trails!

We loved this adorable house! It’s in a perfect location, quiet and close to the city. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Boise.

Family Friendly Location
The house was perfect for our family of four. We were walking distance from a large park with a playground for our kids and dog. The public pool is about a mile away for swimming while the weather is hot. We could also just sit in the front yard and watch our kids scooter up and down the quiet tree lined street. The trail system for Military Reserve was just a short bike ride too. Overall a great property in the perfect location.

Great hospitality and cool retro vibes!
Couldn't have been happier with our choice of vacation rental in Boise. This cute, mid century modern house is located in a great neighborhood, close to town with easy access to everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and responsive and checked on us several times during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice property - great neighborhood for parks and walks
Very nice place, 1/2 of a rambler duplex with 2 bedrooms. Cute 1950's style touches to the decor. I like softly lit rooms, but it's very dark inside, in my opinion, a lighter shade on the walls, would help tremendously. I loved the beds. Perfect coziness for a side sleeper with insomnia issues. The neighborhood is quiet, full of shady trees, and close to everything. We loved taking long walks to parks and trails with our small dog- oh and pet friendly is a big plus too! We would stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Absolutely 100% perfection.
Wow, that is all I can say. This house has everything you might need for a stay in Boise. We were over the moon with the level of detail on the decoration and the comforts. The beds were like sleeping on clouds- the kitchen was fully stocked- the bathroom had lovely shampoos, and soaps and the living room was super comfy. All in all - the house was perfect.
We also needed to check in early as our flight was changed at the last minute, and the owners were super helpful with that. We also had a call from the management company to check on us and make sure we had everything we could need.
Please don't hesitate to book this property. It's a gem!

Stunning location, Stylish decor
We loved our stay at this adorable oasis. The neighborhood is spectacular for walking and biking, with dramatic foothill trails one block away. The midcentury decor is quirky and stylish, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Charming home in a great location
Nothing bad to say about this place. Check-in was simple, the landlord was present and kind but kept their distance and didn’t overwhelm with emails or other forms of contact. Bedding and furniture were all high quality and comfortable and the location was prime. All-in-all we had a lovely stay and we’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Adorable house and neighborhood!
We were just passing through so we were in the house less than 12 hours, but after a long day of driving it was so incredibly nice to check into this home. It was super cute, clean, stocked with the basics plus some, and over all was just what we hoped for. It was easy to get in and the carport provided perfect cover for our trailer and goods. Being pet friendly was a huge plus for us as well, but it was even better that you couldn’t tell other animals had been there if not for the dog bed and bowls provided! The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. We would 100% stay here again when passing back through!

Pretty home lovely neighborhood.
The East End Retreat provided us with a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The retreat is just off Warm Springs road and easily accessible to downtown Boise. Daniel was great to work with and communicated very quickly with any questions. We especially appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. Highly recommend.

Better than advertised
The house was very clean, charming and located in a wonderful historic neighborhood just outside of Downtown Boise. It is located near a nice hiking trail that is a great place for dogs and people too. Daniel was a helpful host and offered suggestions of local places to shop and eat. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Boise.
