Condo Standard Rate Bedrooms consists of:
Bedroom #1: King bed, ensuite full bathroom (recently renovated) and Flatscreen TV.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, ensuite full bathroom (recently renovated), and Flatscreen TV.
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds, Flatscreen TV (There is also a half bath off the living area and next to the 2 twins bedroom for convenience).

UPGRADE OPTION: Bedroom #4: 1 King Bed, ensuite full bathroom (recently renovated), and flatscreen TV. (Contact us to upgrade)

This newly re-furbished very spacious 2800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom condo boasts a a gorgeous direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located on the second floor. The screened lanai spans across the front of the living and dinning areas with full view of the ocean and beach. The 41’ Lanai is furnished with large dining table + chairs + sun loungers in order to enjoy the spectacular sunset every evening.

The family room is 34’ x 17’ and is split into 2 seating areas. One area featuring a theatre sectional with footrests and 75” Flat screen TV to enjoy after that long day on the beach. Or alternatively sit at the other end with drinks to enjoy the views of the ocean and beach and of course the glorious sunsets.

There is also a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The Kitchen, which includes a breakfast island, opens to the secondary 15’x15’ dining area, with wonderful ocean views.

The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $200 Departure Cleaning Fee. (4 Bedroom Upgrade Cleaning Fee is $210.00 the difference will be collected during upgrade by the Sea Grape Inn Office/Property Manager)

*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.

*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a No-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

This unit provided our family with a lovely and relaxing getaway. We stayed for just over a week at the end of March with our family and enjoyed every aspect of this property. We enjoyed sweeping views of the Gulf and the highest level of comfort. We will certainly be back.

Our family had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Sea Grape. The property is clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is large and has everything to cook family meals. The living space allows for families and friends to have their own space so everyone isn’t on top of one another. The bedrooms in the back can also be closed off so you never hear people in the front of the unit. You can’t beat the view and the size of the porch. Wanda is a wonderful manager who is on site for questions and requests. We will definitely be back!

Get ready to relax!

This place is amazing! Being on the beach with the relaxing sound of the waves and the surrounding beauty definitely slows things down in a great way. Friendly guests also make for a pleasant stay. We used the Weber gas grill 2 times during our week stay, which is just a few steps away. The unit is much bigger than it looks in the pictures enabling our group (a family of 4 + grandmother) comfortably have space when needed. Nice amenities in the big kitchen as well. Plus with the floor plan, the ocean/beach are almost always in view. Wanda is also great! Helped with little things and provided good local suggestions. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the location and quietness of the beach. Would definitely come back. Chairs provided for beach and beach towels. The only negative was the tiny coffee pot that only made about 2 cups. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, although we ate out for dinners. Put room had a lot of space.

The condo was gorgeous and had the most lovely view of the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything one might need to whip up a great meal. Very well equipped spacious apartments with good location on Gulf of Mexico. Grounds & heated pool are well maintained & there is a helpful manager on site during normal office hours. Only criticism is that the maid service is only weekly. You can pay extra for daily service but as the accommodation is a bit more pricey than similar on Longboat Key this seems a bit unreasonable. All in all though a very pleasant and relaxing vacation.
