Se till att rummen hålls efter och laga trasigt.

Bra äggröra och personal.

Saknade skohorn, Kleenex, badrumsmatta, läslampa vid fåtöljen. Strömbrytarna vid sänglamporna trasiga. Rummet gav ett sunkigt intryck. Flera saker satt snett o löst. Badrummet vekar vara ganska nyrenoverat och ok. Sedan booking-sidorna kom in i bilden verkar man generellt jaga kostnader på hotell. Nivån har sjungit. Jag betalar gärna mer för ett bättre rum o riktig äggröra. Nu är jag pensionär, men bodde ofta på hotell när jag jobbade.

Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet.

Meget bra!

Når vi kom til Grand Hotell ble vi skuffet, utvendig var det blomsterkasser med døde blomster/planter fra jul.... - ikke bra. I tillegg burde det vært å sette seg ned på utsiden, ikke en krakk eller en benk var å se.

Great option for business stay in Boras!

Great location - very convininent location - close to everywhere (bus station, restaurants, grocery stores...) Nice breakfast - so many options (also a lot of lactose-free products - perfect for me!) Friendly staff - I could drop by my luggage earlier than the allowed check-in time. Super convenient!

I felt it was a bit cold sometimes because the heater is next to the window. After you close the curtains, it feels that the heat is blocked too. The window cannot be closed very well.

Okay frukost, men kanske lite för ivriga att plocka undan då dom tog min mat som jag precis hämtat-.

Renovated hotel fantastic.

Renovated bedrooms were very comfortable. Room was very light / large window with view. Bed/bedding high quality and extremely comfortable. Bathroom good size and large walk in shower. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice.

Parking is opposite the hotel in a public parking. This is the only negative on this hotel that it has no own parking.

A nice hotel with all you need, parking in front of hotel

The location was perfect, rigth on the walking area of town and close to parks. We enjoyed the newly refurbished rooms and the beatiful down town.

The elevators were very confused, you wanted to go down to lobby but the elevator has other ideas, went up to pic up someone who was calling for it. It seems like even if you want to go down, it will wonder upstairs. Very annoying.

It was surprising to see that they didn't have any amenities in the rooms, it was too inconvenient. The should include the basic amenities for the guests.

Excellent relaxing stay with good food.

Breakfast was very excellent! A big improvement since my last visits, and not saying that it has not been good before. And I had forgotten how great the beds are. Very comfortable!

Well, the complimentary coffee machine was broken both days I stayed there. Not the end of the world, but it makes a different.

Standard room quality was nor 4 stars. Towels and pillow had a smell...room quite small

one night for 220€ should be better room. I did not have water in the room or minibar. The bed was not comfort.

Had a nice stay. Receptionist was brilliant and very helpful. Made us very welcome.

The breakfast was excellent everyone of our coaches and boxers thought the same.

Very disappointing.

Breakfast and location were good.

Too much building work going on. No bar and no alcohol served. Was not advised until after paid and arrived.

Pleasant

the staff were lovely and the breakfast was really good rooms were very clean

i was warned of some renovations but not to the extent that was underway. The drilling at 7am, the cold room because from a couple of floors below windows and doors were either open or removed. and I am sure the price to stay didn’t reflect this work
