It was modern, clean, comfortable, the staff were nice and it was 2 minutes away from the slopes. The dinner and breakfast buffet were also very good

Particular Kitchen staff was a bit rude and did not speak any English. While not expected in remote resorts, this had a considerable number of English speaking clients, and it was the kitchen staff's job to receive orders for preparing eggs for breakfast. At one point after preparing wrong dish, the staff member threw out wrong dish and while beating eggs for my corrected omelet stepped out of sight into the kitchen... I was concerned that he may have spit into my eggs!? Not very professional!

Clean, good breakfast, good showers, close to ski area, good ski storage
Street noise was very loud in the rooms. Very poor sound insulation. Our group were woken up in the early hours by revellers coming home every night

walking distance from ski hire, ski lifts, shops and restaurants, great showers, modern rooms, lovely choice of breakfasts, friendly staff, good ski locker room
Woken up most nights by drunken people singing in the streets until about 5am in the morning. Poor sound insulation

Great hotel, reception staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great, with cold buffet and hot dishes and grill for dinner and breakfast.Rooms have nice decor, spotlessly clean when check-in and cleaned every day.
Location is almost ski-in-out, 1min to the piste in front of Olympiades hotel.
It was our first time but it definitely won’t be our last.
Thank you all, keep up the good work.

Breakfast and Buffett dinner were good, lots of options.
Quite expensive for what you get (maybe because it was the last week of the year). The parking is really bad, if you have a medium to big car, forget about or you’ll get a new scratch!

BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB AND WE WERE UPGRADED TO A LARGER ROOM FOR FREE
RESTAURANT WAS NOT OPEN AT NIGHT

The transfer is the only downside. It is a 3 hour transfer by taxi (longer by bus)

We are really happy with our stay! This time we came with friends and they enjoy it as well. We will definitely come back!

The location probably less than a 100 meters from the pistes, we normally go for ski in ski out but this was just as good. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good and varied. The staff were excellent particular mention goes to Oscar at the restaurant and Paula at reception, all the staff from room cleaners to chefs that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful
The single beds its fairly are fairly typical for a 3* in European ski resorts even good ones don't offer doubles but the beds were comfortable. The heating in the ski lockers never seemed to be working, boots were cold and damp in the morning this was really the only negative. Just a warning we were at Pas De la Casa out of season and it was a pleasure but locals say in Season it gets a 18/30 clientele and can get very hectic so maybe not the place for families or older couples

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Quiet and comfortable room. Great breakfast and dinner buffets.
Our stay was too short

Great rooms, super clean, cleaning staff and restaurant staff provide great service generally
The host, let’s call him ‘A’ in the restaurant is awful. We tried to move two tables together on the first night so we could sit as group (7 of us so not huge) and he told us off, upsetting one of our group. The diners sat next to us were happy with us moving the table (we checked) and were embarrased by ‘A’s attitude. he was like it every day. All the other staff were great. though!!!! We’ve been coming to this hotel for about 8 years and will go back again, hopefully A will find a job elsewhere next season.

Great food. Friendly staff. Ideal location, across from a spar shop and less than 10 min walk from the chair lift.
Not the hotels fault but the hotel across from us had residents that kept throwing snowballs at our Windows until 4 am. Very noisy location. Probably not suitable for a family

Great breakfast
They claimed you could ski to the hotel which is why I chose this hotel.. You can't. It's about 300 metres across roads.

Rooms excellent. Breakfast excellent. Location very close to slopes. Walk 100m uphill on street and clip on your skis.
The dinner buffet is also generally excellent but some of the hot plate dishes were not kept hot enough by the warming system

Very comfy hotel, friendly staff. Outstanding breakfasts and dinners. Well thought out comfortable rooms, exceptionally clean. Close enough to ski slopes.
Unfortunately, the dryers in the ski room didn't work well enough to completely dry boots. But this is perhaps the only, and it seems to me, a fixable problem.
