Views and access to facilities
Too far from the city center, good for mountain activities but not for general tourism

Was clean
There were no spaces for the children, nor to take a coffee outside.

I didn't stay long enough.

Location was good, near to everything we needed.
Ski lockers were very dirty and destroyed. Some of the lockers we could not close.

Fantastic quality rooms
Bit of a walk up a steep hill in ski boots at the end of the day!

We didn’t get any breakfast
The boot room was smashed up and smelt badly of urine

very close to ski slopes and very good price
ski locker rooms could do with a revamp
3.5 / 5.0
spacious room but not set out well so we moved furniture around - lots of hot water - kitchen handy
needed more pillows - beds very wobbly
locker room for skis very smelly and light goes off on a timer leaving you in the dark
quite a trek up hill from town esp

The apartments were very nice, with comfortable beds, and well equipped. They were big and spacious, with good Wi-Fi connection. They exceeded our excpectations.
The staff were very rude, during check-in they seemed angry and unhappy to attend their customers.
Also, in one of the apartments, the toilet paper was not new, and when we went to ask for a new one they replied to us "this is not a hotel", before angrily giving the toilet paper

Apartament spotless and appeared brand new. Very well equipped with everything you could need.
Curtains let in light in the morning, probably fine in winter but in summer woke us early.

the location
staff members and the treatment plus the facilities
4.0 / 5.0
Lovely and responsive staff, functional room
Wasn’t clear that the bedroom is not actually separate to the lounge and kitchen which was problematic for our mixed group of friends.
A condensed functional space but small and not especially comfortable. Good for those travelling on a budget. Also a bit of a walk to the slopes and down into town
4.0 / 5.0
Good size, modern apartment, parking in the building and great view of the slopes.
Access to garage was up the hill and a challenge in the snow where road had not been cleared.
4.0 / 5.0
The location is impractical for walk home with skis and especially with luggage.

ski in ski out
location is quite far away from the main part so is quite the walk back at the end of a night

The place is clean and the kitchen is well equipped.
This place is nice if you are looking for a simple apartment with no other service included.
It is ski in ski out place.
The property is located up in the city. It take a lot of time to reach it and back to the city center for all restaurants and shops. There is no transportation in Pas-de-la-casa. No bus or taxi available.
There was no view - we saw the next room windows.
The ski lockers are not heated.

Apartments were ski in and ski out which was convenient
The views from the apartment were lovely.
Wi-Fi was good.
Hot water ran out, we got told “it happens” by reception.
Long walk out of the town.
Lockers didn’t fit all 5 sets of skis and we weren’t allowed another locker even though clearly some were available.
Beds were uncomfortable.
No iron available even though stated on the leaflet received at check in.

Worst service ever
Very noisy, you could hear all the residents at night
No value for money, you pay as much as a luxury hotel room but in this case no basic amenities and they ask you to clean!!
2.5 / 5.0
The apartments we stayed in were quiet at night in comparison to other parts of the resort- so didn’t get woken up by music etc.
The apartments we stayed in did not have a view at all (all we could see out the window was a brick wall.) Misleading information as they said there was a spar and a burger king nearby but they were a 15minute walk away!

Room was great size, had dishwasher, two hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster. Generally met all expectations for self catered apt, was good size, clean and comfortable. Very happy with the room.
The ski storage is accessable by anyone as no lock on entry doors, and lockers are only closed with small locks and generally bashed up a lot. This led to our lock being cut and a pair of rental skis being stolen. Managed to claim on insurance, but be weary!
3.5 / 5.0
The apartments are well fitted and very new. Above average compared to what's normally on offer in Pas de la Casa. Studio is small but enough and has ski in-ski out capabilities which was great! Also has a very smartly thought locker room for skis and boots with direct access to slopes.
Absolutely GREAT for stays with dogs. The apartments allow then and being able to get into the slopes for a long walk with them is priceless.
Staff was not the greatest in terms of being nice and/or helpful. Always needed to call in manager who was incredibly helpful and nice.
It is a bit up from town. Great to avoid the noise from drunkenness but also a bit of a trek to get groceries. Can't have it both ways. Not the end of the world.
